I have been a member for years. I have had minor issues over the years, however this one really irked me. The addition of mobile deposit was amazing because a branch is not close. However the last two times that I have used the mobile deposit, I have had issues. Do better.

I have been into the bank a couple of times in the last week to open/ close accounts. Katherine M. Helped me both times and she is OUTSTANDING! she is so patient, super sweet and genuinely caring! Thank you OnPoint for having such a fabulous individual as part of your team. She really is a gem.
