“I’ve been banking with IQ Credit Union since I was about 8 years old, and they’ve been nothing but great every step of the way.
As I’ve gotten older and now run my own business, they’ve continued to show up in a big way. Not only do they offer great personal banking, but they’ve also been an awesome partner in helping promote and support local businesses like mine, which really means a lot.
On top of that, their products are genuinely competitive. They offer reasonable credit card rates, waive a lot of the common fees like ATM and overdraft, and their Intelligent Checking account has one of the best APYs out there right now at 5%+. That’s hard to beat.
It’s rare to find a financial institution that combines great service, strong products, and real community support, but IQ does all three. Highly recommend.”

“I called in for some help with my auto loan this evening and got connected with Amanda! My experience with her help was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I have worked in big cities along the west coast, corporate sales, customer facing and guest experience focused and know good customer service when I see it and I always try to appreciate it when I do. She was warm, friendly, beyond helpful, very efficient, very reassuring, very easy to understand, very relatable, and by the end of the call she’s got me wanting to switch all my banking over to Unitus. “I worked with Sean L for my auto loan, we finalized everything yesterday. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better OnPoint representative to be my guide through the process. Sean is professional and personable, efficient and transparent. The entire process on HIS end was smooth.
I even had a little hiccup at a dealership not participating in CUDL (you'll figure out what that means eventually) and he rocked it - the dealership said they couldn't provide what he needed, he got on the phone and they got the document to him within 5 minutes after that. It got stressful because of this but he got everything squared away. I cannot express my deepest gratitude. This is probably the best review I've left but this man went to bat for me time and time again. If you get to work with him, consider yourself lucky! 5/5 10/10 would recommend.”

I had previously gotten a loan with another local credit union but they were always too busy to help finalize leaving me without a car for a month. On a whim I stopped in CCU and Aaron was ready to help me out right away and I was able to purchase a new vehicle same day.
He answered all of my questions thoroughly, got me an excellent rate and was helpful with follow up questions after everything was done. Aaron is lgbtq+ friendly and made me feel comfortable through the entire process taking away all the stress of buying a new car.

“A big huge shout out to Matthew I went in today because I was having some struggles with my finances and trying to get everything in order and was getting a lot of overdraft fees and it was making things more difficult. Not only did Matthew show compassion and kindness, but support supported me and getting it situated and getting the whole situation situated and then even after leaving the credit union called me back later and they were able to reverse even more fees and get my account back in order and give me an opportunity to get things caught back up. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful and grateful I am for peak credit union and for Matthew, who was just amazing and kind and so supportive thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.”

“I use this location because it is convenient, I have really appreciated how helpful and genuinely friendly the staff are...every time!!! they are always available and knowledgeable. Carie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us get our account opened quickly so we could access and use our funds right away. The awesome teller told us he could make me a new card and it only took a few minutes! He was so helpful and kind.
