“We have been purchasing paint from Miller Paint for years, and I’m just now getting around to leaving a review, but it is LONG overdue. Every single time we come in, the experience is so pleasant and welcoming.
There is a gentleman we seem to run into often (I wish I could remember his name) and he is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. You can tell he truly knows his stuff and takes pride in helping customers.
We were also in the store last night and even though my husband and I were perfectly capable of carrying everything out ourselves, they insisted on helping us load and carry our items to the vehicle. That level of service is something you just don’t see anymore, anywhere.

“I recently visited the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Vancouver to find the right paint for my kitchen cabinets, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and immediately offered knowledgeable guidance. They asked about my project, the surface type, and the look I wanted, helping me choose the perfect cabinet paint with the right sheen and durability.

The Emerald paint product they recommended turned out to be incredible. The Emerald paint went on smoothly, covered beautifully in just a couple of coats, and dried to a flawless professional finish. “I have done a lot of painting and tried all the brands and local stores. Sherwin Williams is the best paint, it just applies nicely and lasts.

Unfortunately, the stores vary in service like night and day. I have consistently had fast and professional service by knowledgeable staff at the Hazel Dell Store. The Salmon Creek store is always more like going to a mall where untrained, disinterested people are moving like snails as if you have all day.

This week, I took paint I purchased at Salmon Creek to Hazel Dell to get it tinted. Even though their computer systems suck and the stores don't maintain a common database, a fellow named Will took care of me instead of directing me back to Salmon Creek.

Thank you Will and the Hazel Dell team for many years of good service. Whomever manages the stores regionally and nationally should make Hazel Dell the model for their retail locations to follow.”

“The sales people here are more knowledgeable than the site regarding local availability. The store appears limited stock but everything you may need for a paint or stain project is here. The lady who helped me with my paint order, as well as the gentlemen who answered the phone were both patient with my clear nieveity and multiple queeries. I purchased enough paint for my first two projects as we are taking our time.The reason I chose SW rather than any paint at warehouse stores is reference, reviews andpersonal experience. When we had our exterior painted, every bid we received said SW paint is the only one they will use because of consistancy in pigment from one can to the next, as well as longevity. Our friends who have painted and used other popular brands were not happy with accuracy of pigment chosen, how easily it went on or longevity. These are all aspects SW nails.This really is a case of you get what you pay for...though if you are patient, you can score thirty to forty percent off sales as well. You also have a wealth of expertise in local employees and your color choices stored under your store profile.If you are taking on a paint project, save yourself some grief and just shop SW. Thier virtual paint program is rather accurate, as well as the app which allows you to virtually paint your walls in your own home. No one does it better.”
