“Courteous service. I usually have zero wait, but at most five minutes. So convenient. I either call in or if I drop by, they usually can fill the prescription in fifteen minutes, much shorter than the time it takes me to do the grocery shopping.
I imagine most have my experience and just haven’t written a review. Sometimes being good and consistent isn’t enough to prompt a review. I took the time to write one because I don’t think the mediocre or bad reviews reflect the overall experience here.”

“I love the convenience of the drive through, the prices are the best and the employees stick around and you get to know them they get to know you, they're helpful, i love walmart pharmacy's. Fred Meyers is across the street from me but i do not like going there even to pick up for someone else. I'm a walmart pharmacy fan especially this one. I'm so thankful they came to orchards. I used to go to 104th and their staff is friendly too. But always a long line. Now that I've become handicapped the drivethrough is a godsend. Thank you all walmart pharmacy staff.”

“I recently started using this pharmacy after having way too many bad experiences with Walgreens locations. This pharmacy is well supplied, fully staffed, and helpful with any of my questions or concerns. Sometimes there is a wait (seems like Mondays mostly) but the line moves quickly and really appreciate the hard work these folks are doing to keep us all supplied with our needed medications. They also offer vaccinations, including the flu and COVID-19, which can be scheduled in advance online or done as a walk up.”

“I’ve been very impressed with this pharmacy and the staff and pharmacist. I’ve had so many issues with Walgreens that I decided to try Freddie’s instead. The problems that I repeatedly had at other places haven’t been an issue here at all. It’s a relief, quite frankly. I can depend on this pharmacy, I can depend on the employee’s accuracy and willingness to be proactive when issues do arise. No, there isn’t a drive-thru, and it may not be the most convenient location BUT that matters little to me when I know I won’t face the anxiety of getting my meds filled every single month. It’s really awesome :-)”

“I got some really cool drug deals here and I am not complaining. LOL . I was looking for a few supplements at Costco and they had been out for a few weeks now and Walgreens actually had those and there was a BOGO offer on almost everything I was looking for . I honestly thought that was a steal and if you are a reward member, even better . The Pharmacy staff is also friendly and quick and there are no long wait times , I called them to transfer an order in and the process was super smooth .They are not very well stocked for other Knick -knacks and the shelves are a little scattered around which is inconvenient but I do understand that they are also short-staffed like every other place these days . Parking is right out front and readily available most days .”
“Fred Mayer is well organized, cheerfully light and - for the most part - had good service. I have met more than one staff member that avoids my gaze when they have other work to do, buy, again, for the most part, helpful and competent. They also have staff members that go out of their way to make sure your coupons are counted and your discounts are in place (namely, Jesse). I love that they have flowers, gardening supplies and furniture. I have shelves from there. We buy birthday toys there. They have paint, bed sheets, keys and clothes. They have Starbucks. Decent prices. Trader Joe's seems to be impacting them since it built a store nearby. It is very quiet in Fred Meyer these days. But the value holds of their diverse merchandise.”

“This morning i was truly suffering, at that it just so happened to be the worst kind of suffering, I was having an attack of heartburn so horrendous thoughts of death being a possible better choice than had indeed actually came to mind, I had only $2.30 and to my absolute horror upon entering Walgreens and being directed to isle 15 for antacids the cheapest travel packs of tums were 3.55, it may have well been on the moon to me, inside a part of me started panicking I thought God I'm in so much pain from this heartburn right now, there isn't much i wouldn't consider doing to alleviate it, the store manager Mitch took the time to help me locate the travel size tums and he had the integrity to assist me being a dollar and a half short to purchase the tums.
Mitch I am truly grateful for your help this morning thank you so so so darn much for saving my life quite literally! I quickly took three tums and seemingly instantaneously my agony faded into sweet relief, I very much do appreciate you for the extraordinarily high level of customer service provided today, the integrity you displayed, very few people these days seem to posess, your acumen and sympathetic discernment of my suffering and your prompt response directly remedied my condition. For that Mitch Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Have an amazing day!”

“Wow! This place is amazing! I only wish I would have known about it sooner! Ike is so kind and thoughtful, going the extra mile. He worked tirelessly to get my son's prescriptions transferred and kept me up to date on everything. I'm still in shock from the fantastic service!
I knew that CVS and Walgreens were horrible, so horrible in fact that I am writing to the Washington Attorney General to complain about some of their practices that may be illegal, and some lately that I know are illegal. I was looking for an alternative, anything besides these awful corporation pharmacies. I shouldn't have to wait in line for over an hour just to pick up or drop off an rx (looking at you CVS!). Don't even get me started on Walgreens.
When I found Square Care's website, I couldn't believe we had an independent, family owned pharmacy in Vancouver again. I visited the next day and found out that yes, they take our insurance AND also state insurance! I immediately asked to have my rx's transferred!
And then the excellent service, WOW. I have really missed being treated so well!”
