I am working with someone who spends quite a bit of time and money dealing with Ryonet. “Imagine the school copier/printer stops working on first day of teacher preparation week in August. I reached out to Robert and he arrived like a superhero. He had a fantastic new machine at our school that same day!!! His price was competitive (the best). He walked us through using it, got us set up with never-ending ink, and even got our accounts added with scanning. I could not have been more impressed with his speed, caring, and friendly demeanor. While we've only worked with ExpressKolor for a short period of time, there are good things coming from this local business and we plan to continue working with them. “I am new to the container world -- didn't know anything about them, how to buy them, was they cost, etc. But i needed added storage and found these guys randomly on line, and ended up being very happy with them. Turns out, with millions of containers floating around, it can be a crap-shoot, with hundreds of brokers, and who knows what you are really getting. I didn't just want to spend $5K+ on some remote, on-line purchase and I couldn't afford to buy a piece of crap. Jarrod was awesome - he took a lot of time via email and on the phone to explain the various options and helped figure out the best (and cheapest!) solution for me. (Didn't just try to sell me the most expensive rig.) And he was in the office at 6am (PST) to accommodate the east coast -- impressed. I bought two 20 footers. They showed up exactly on time. excellent condition. And the delivery guy was great -- squeezed them in right where i needed them. I'm not a yelper, but these guys are worthy of 4-5 stars.”

“I needed an extension on the 1 week I paid for because I was out of town. The girl at the front who answered said she saw my package and would put it on hold. It was registration and stickers for new RV.
I thought she was pulling my leg. Like I thought she was just saying that to appease me because they normally don't follow up on packages being there too long.
Turns out she was the person that helped me, she remembered the package and got it right away. She killed this guy's cynicism for a day. Thanks UPS store lady! :)”

She is a notary public and was able to notarize my document and get it sent off in the same trip. When I went into the location Emily was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, fast, thorough, and helpful. She explained everything that I had questions about (which was a LOT of questions).
