“We just purchased our third car from Hall Motors. The first one was a 1985 Toyota Pickup probably ten years ago. It didn’t come with a rear view mirror which was not that big of a deal but I purchased one. I tried several different glues to get it to stick to the windshield but none of them worked. When I went to pick up my license plates I mentioned it to him and he strongly recommended a certain brand. Then he told me to hold on and went and grabbed a package he had bought of that brand and just gave it to me. The rear view mirror is still attached to my windshield.

Then a few years later we purchased a 2006 Scion XB (the Toaster). We loved that car but it is our son’s now.

Our third car is now a 2003 Honda Element. We went to look at one and were very interested in it. We weren’t completely sure so we left for the night. When we came back the next day to make our purchase Ryan mentioned that he found a patch of rust on the under carriage of the car and let us know that he had another one that was a little older but with less miles. He hadn’t had a chance to go through it fully yet but felt it was sound and EVERY car they sale has a CARFAX report included. We took it for a test drive and were hooked. We purchased it that day. From the get-go though it was starting a little weird but just thought it was me. Well, about a week later all of the sudden it wouldn’t start. I tried a different battery but that didn’t make any difference. So, I called Ryan at Hall Motors. His first thought was the starter and he didn’t tell me of a good mechanic that could help me. No! He immediately told me that he was willing to put a new starter in if I would provide the starter. He had to arrange getting a flatbed trailer, came and picked up the car, took it back to the car lot and put in the new starter and it is starting like a champ now. I couldn’t have been more thankful and expressed my thankfulness and his dad piped up with saying “We take care of our customers!”

If we ever need another car we definitely will go back to Hall Motors. The staff is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, low key, polite, non-pushy, pleasant to talk to and NOT your typical used car salesmen!

“I absolutely hate dealing with Dealers when purchasing a vehicle, whether it's new or used. In fact I just had a terrible experience with a different Toyota dealer closer to me. Instead I drove over 3 hours to this dealership to look at a similar vehicle (I was looking for a 2020-2023 Rav4 Hybrid Limited).
We met Penny Kelly and she was very pleasant and easy going. We took the vehicle for a test drive (The other toyota dealership had to get special permission from the manager to test drive without the salesman, here no issues!).
We were happy with the vehicle, just a couple of nits, but that was because although this was a limited, it had no packages thus missing some key features (NOT the dealers issue, it's a toyota issue of them charging more for less.) It was nice enough that we decided to see what we could make happen. We told Penny our montly budget of $500 per month and we had to stick to it (The other toyota dealership came back with an offer double our budget!) Penny soon came back (we were expecting the usual let them sit and stew for as long as possible) and she came back and told us that the Toyota financing that we were prequalified for on the 4.99% interest special only applied to very short payment periods and wasn't able to get it for our budget, however, they do work with lots of other loan companies and got our permission to pursue that... Wow! Honesty...
About 5 minutes later, she came back with two possibilities. One for $524 a month with zero down. One for $501 per month with $1000 down (the other toyota dealership wanted $10,000 down to get it to $560 per month, and the other vehicle was only $3000 more.) They had offered $2k for our trade-in (the other toyota dealership had offered $500., not $5k. Five Hundred Dollars!), and had reduced the price in order to get us within our budget. We took the offer and it was with a local Credit Union, not some huge loan brokerage you have to deal with online.
We waited to go through the finance person, and were off with our new to us Rav4! From time stepping in the dealership until we left with the vehicle was 2 hours!! If you have ever dealt with dealers, you know it's normally double that.
I would recommend this place without hesitate and would recommend Penny without hesitation. She really cares and has really stuck with us in dealing with an issue with the Rav4.”

“Pete took good care of us and Tony (the shop lead) was awesome as well. We bought a 2012 RAM 2500 from them and they gave us an honest price on an honest truck - refreshing after weeks of wading through the sea of lies that the local used car market has become with all of the resellers. Tony even threw the truck up on a lift so we could inspect from below. No attempt to hide anything - quite the opposite. Truck needed a couple of front axle seals. Not only did they insist on replacing them before selling the truck, but they asked to keep the truck an extra day so they could get the OEM seals for it rather than the aftermarket parts they could source right away.

Anyway, there are a number of other things I could say, but that gives you an idea of who these guys are. Honest dealers are hard to find - glad we found one. Overall a great experience.”
