Body positive, friendly and helpful women working there who really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and are able to find the things that you want.
They proactively come and offer to take your stuff to a dressing room while you're still wandering around shopping, and they write your name on the dressing room door, which I think is really cute.
Once you're in the dressing room trying stuff on, they come check on you, and will happily bring you different sizes of stuff if you need it, and encourage you when you come out to look in the big mirrors and decide whether you like an outfit or not.
Overall top-notch experience for a plus-size femme-presenting person, highly recommend!”

“This is the best store for flannels, hats, and gifts when I need them. They're open every day and it's easy parking. There are a lot of good restaurants and spots to grab a beer in the area so I usually stop by the store to see what is new when I'm in the neighborhood. Staff is nice, helpful but not pushy.”

My only feedback is that they close at 5pm and are only open Saturday, so it makes it hard for working individuals to attend sales or schedule buy outs with them.”

Sometimes I may even have all the little kids running around.The only thing closest to bad service i received was the cashier looking at me like she wanted to start something. Once she started ringing up our $300+ haul (like always) she was pretty nice. I have RBF so i get it.Other than that they are SUPER nice from the floor staff to security. They tell me so gently when the store is closing.I love this location, sometimes we go to Portland if we need to shop really late.But otherwise this store got everything we need with ppl that treat u fair. “I found a fabulous store to shop in. Retail Therapy Boutique has amazing clothing, jewelry, and gifts. The clothes are very fashionable and beautiful. RTB has unique, high quality tops, sweaters, jeans, etc. My friends give me nice compliments on the beautiful fashions that I wear from Retail Therapy Boutique. I have not told anyone where my lovely clothes come from as it is my secret. The staff at RTB is friendly and kind and have helped me to find things that flatter my figure. “Marissa is Amazing! She is our saving grace!
My Sisters had issues with the bridal shop she purchased her wedding dress from and were alterations should have been done at, but her dress arrived just 16 days before her wedding, and the alterations lady had moved her office from Vancouver to Tillamook.
So we had to scramble to find someone that could do it in a short period of time.
I had called MB Couture first and left a message but continued calling other businesses around the area, but no luck.
Marissa called me back 30 mins later and without hesitation she accepted the challenge and wanted to help us out.
She hemmed the dress, added sleeves that needed to be added, an extra skirt layer, a bustle, and took in the sides for a tighter fit for the waist and bust. She did this all in less than 2 weeks and it turned out perfect! The Bride is above the moon happy! All thanks to her!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
