Zee helped us transfer funds, change an address and renew ATM cards while we talked about Andrea Bocelli, traveling, and food. It seemed like Zee was genuinely interested in my mother and me. Not only did Zee offer excellent customer service, but other BECU employees were kind and acknowledged us right away. We felt welcomed there.
