“This is my first time working with OCCU, I have a new car loan, and my experience working with OCCU has been outstanding! The stress that comes with a first time loan, especially dealing with automotive, was so overwhelming. I called to get set up with e-statements and spoke with, Mel, who was an absolute joy to speak with and super helpful. Then I had more questions and called back and spoke with, Rose; who was not only amazing to speak to, but she shared with me all the unnecessary add ons, service contracts and fees added to my loan, that should not have been there! She talked me through each item, worked through all the math, helped me understand in very simple and clear to understand language, giving me all I needed to know and more! With Rose in my corner, I was able to work through getting a Refund and reworking my loan to the amount I had originally intended to get. She empowered with the knowledge and know how to understand what I was working with, and to hold the Car Dealers responsible for their actions! I cannot express enough gratitude for what Rose has done for me; even providing a follow up call to me, and talking me through my loan, again, and the options for what would work best for me, financially! I could not be happier with the outstanding service I have received at OCCU; and all over the phone, as I am in Seattle! Thank you again for everything!”

“I don't personally bank here but I do some work for somebody that does and they pay me with a personal check so I frequently visit here to cash it. They are generally pretty quick and there's no charge to cash checks like every other bank in the area! I highly recommend!!!”

Even though the branch was down two employees, Sandy took our group in and notarized nearly a dozen documents for us. She was patient, never made us feel rushed and was very helpful with account and routing numbers when needed.
