“This review is someone from who developed and built labs for hospitals. The lab is amazingly clean, high tech and built extremely well. I am relieved to have this facility in Gig Harbor. I feel safe choosing this lab for my compounded prescriptions as I know they are following strenuous guidelines and procedures.”
“Such a great little local pharmacy. They've got everything you need here and it's incredibly convenient without the massively long lines. The pharmacist get to know you personally, none of these big box places. And what they don't have, which is rare, they will get! And like all pharmacies, they sell many other things besides medications. You can even go gift shopping here while you sit around waiting for your prescription, which usually does not take very long. They have a wide assortment of everything from jewelry, to home decor, to you name it. I love supporting local, and I'm very very happy to support these folks! They're worth it!”
“I usually go to Walgreens but they don't have the moderna covid vaccine. My search led me to this small Pharmacy and everyone there is a very polite, helpful and friendly. I didn't have to go online to schedule an appointment. Or stand in any long waiting line. A really overall pleasant experience at this Pharmacy each time I've gone there. One time they couldn't help me right away but they sent me to another close by place who could.”

“Newly transferred from the Admiral Bartells- it is such a nice change. When my doctor sends a Rx, they actually fill it without me having to go in or call. They consistently have two windows open- it’s the little things. So far I am very happy with the change and service at Safeway.”
“I am very depressed that Rite Aid bought Bartells. They are gutting this long time, local family owned, high-quality chain. So many people are lamenting the loss of all the cute, quality food and gifts they once carried and how nice the stores looked.
Now it looks like they're going to close this branch... The Gig Harbor store. There's very little inventory in here. And Rite Aid...I won't be coming to your stores any time soon. I'll go to a grocery store instead.
The family has probably taken the money and run .... But I'm so sad they sold out. They probably knew Rite Aid would destroy what their family built up for over 50 years... Is it almost 100? Just Sad.”

“I think I said this in the overall saying how good this Safeway is. But I'll say it again. The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff at this Safeway are A1 people caring. They have class. They're professional. Always sending the message when needed. They know what's going on. If you don't have insurance they try to help as much as as possible with the RX cards. They really just want to make sure that people get what the doctors want them and say that they need. And they're also willing to look at your other medications and see if something doesn't align. If you didn't happen to talk to your doctor the right way. Very professional. Very caring. Oh and another side note, they're definitely understaffed because Safeway is not really willing to give staff members cuz under the new leadership and the the union organization it's causing some problems with certain pharmacies. I hear in the Safeways. Not that I'm saying unions are bad but there are some issues when there is unions and then the companies themselves are on the stock market. I don't know who's to deal with that but maybe somebody should think about them, employees and the people and the customers. I know profits and capitalism are great these workers still have lives. While they're trying to help other people keep their lives together.”

HE KNOWS everything about this store, courteous, attentive and always Professional!!! Unlike the temps and floaters; Today the girl did not know what an envelope? was, how is she at the counter then?!!+
SECURITY?!!! WHY IS THERE NO SECURITY FOR THE SAFETY OF THE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS?! This store is robbed several times a week and sometimes with violence, why does the owner of this location care?!”
“I love this Walgreens. I don't get any prescriptions here so I don't know about the pharmacy, which many people don't seem to like. But I have always encountered super friendly staff. And they don't always have what I need, but they try. My only negative is the parking lot. Which someone else has mentioned. They need to assign an employee to clean it up at least daily, or hire a service to do it.The theft problem seems like less of an issue than it has been. I don't know how any retail store stays in business in the current environment. At least they have shopping carts again. And they made a smart decision to not replace the ATM which was stolen last year. The biggest plus to this store is that unlike the other Burien drugstores, it's easy to get in, buy what you need, and get out.”
“Good location, convenient parking. I went there for instant photos, but according to store staff, they no longer (indefinite?) Serving the self service photo kiosks. They were out of photo printing paper and have no plans to replenishment. It may be corporate wide not specific to this location but its sad to see the services being gone that used to provide benefits of getting the tasks done instantly. Your best bet would be office depot (Gig Harbor) for next day photo pickup”

James and Evelyn are two of the reasons I use this pharmacy.”
“I never knew there is such an amazing medical clinic here in the US that is affordable to everyone if you have insurance or not. Doctors are such a loving caring and humble. They are on top of everything they need to be on top of and you can tell they care. My mom loves going there and tells me these doctors are good doctors. As well the check in staff and the nurses. Like I don't have any bad word about this place at all. Thank you for being awesome everyone!”
“Excellent, professional, courteous, efficient service in the pharmacy for prescription pickup and vaccines. Quality and variety of in store convenience items including grocery, health and beauty, gifts and seasonal rotation is generally stellar. I have noticed shelves are significantly emptier this past month (May 2023) I hope this is not a sign of another impending store closure - this is the best pharmacy in the neighborhood.”

“Having the understanding that a lot of pharmacies are overwhelmed right now it makes sense that it can get extremely busy here. I’ve waited in line for at most 45minutes during a busier rush. The staff are very nice though and there are two that are especially kind there that I really enjoy getting to see whenever I’m in. The pharmacists are also helpful. I do try to come when I think it’s not likely to be as slammed and it’s worked out well.”

“I’m here at the Safeway Deli with Sari, and let me tell you—she’s the real deal! Down-to-earth, full of life, like a cup of coffee that wakes you up in the best way. I skipped my coffee this morning because Sari’s energy (and sandwich skills) were enough to get me going!
She makes sandwiches like a sandwich guru—professionally, perfectly, and with love. It’s a very motherly experience, warm and genuine. The kind of care that makes you feel seen and fed, not just served.
Great conversation, great vibe, and honestly just a refreshing experience overall. If you’re looking for a coffee alternative and a really good sandwich, go see my girl Sari at the Safeway Deli. Definitely one of a kind—and I’ll be back for sure! ?”

When we found a place that had it they said that this pharmacy was extremely fast in transferring it over a matter of minutes when they typically say it takes hours.”
