“Last weekend, some side swiped the rear fender on my SUV and didn't leave a note (shame on you!) but did leave an 8" by 5" scrape and paint residue. I stopped by Checker's today to just ask about if it would need body work, etc., and Matt helped me out and manually was able to buff out the marks and paint residue down to a quarter inch of a scar. Matt saved me thousands by not having to disassemble the fender, etc. What a gentleman and excellent customer service. Wouldn't take any money either...if I ever need real body work, I'll definitely be back.”

“The best customer service I’ve ever seen, in any business.I got in at midnight and all other rental places were closed. I called them to make arrangements (Budget, Avis, Enterprise) and they told me they were closed when I got in. I tried renting the next day but Enterprise didn’t know about their drop box at the airport.I found W2 from Google and called them. I got a text back and a call, and was able to talk to the same representative during my week long stay in Walla Walla.They were also closed, but the Rep said he can have the car ready for me at midnight. When I arrived he sent me a text to let me know they were ready with the car. When I exited the terminal the car was curbside, running, and warm. The Rep was waiting in another car to the rest. He met me, gave me the rundown, and gave the perfect end to a long day’s travel. He also told me where the drop box for the key was for when I left.I didn’t find the key drop box, so I left it in lost and found. The Rep called me after I had sent a text, and was very understanding about my mistake.Why would anyone use any other car rental? The pricing was appropriate for the car I had and the service, outside of business hours was nothing shy of unbelievable.If you’re tired of dealing with big companies whose answer is “we’re closed then” and you’re coming to Walla Walla WA, treat yourself to W2 Rentals. They WILL pick you up.”
