“I have NO IDEA what the whiner from Vancouver was complaining about. If Chase had 3 tellers inside a vacant bank building, then they would be wasting OUR money. We pay Chase indirectly to perform the monotonous checking and savings "book keeping" that they do. Maybe WF bank would be a better place for her? I am quite happy with Chase's performance, and when I meet a situation that I do not like, I complain to the manager IN WRITING about my opinions.”
