“I have found this place to be a safe, clean storage facility. I currently have 3 units, and we are having issues with the monthly rates on our 3 units not priced at the same rates. Even though they all were rented at the same time and are all the same size. Otherwise I have been satisfied with the product and service provided.
Oh and yes I have reached out to the manager Angie for help. But she was unable to remedy the higher billing increase on 2 of our units with Corp billing. She did give me a credit though on our units but for only one month. Angie has been excellent to work with the issue is Corp.”

“I’ve never had a storage unit before so I can’t give past experiences, but I can’t say that the entire experience this go around has been absolutely amazing! Public storage has been nothing but helpful and kind, they even called just to welcome me a couple days after receiving my unit. Highly recommended, great prices, and safe storage!!”

“Great facility! Super clean and entirely flat for dolly rolling. Sign up process took less than 10 minutes. No fees, no fuss on-off pro-rated monthly contracts. Prices were comparable to market. I like easy!”
“The facility is very clean and secure. The gate access is convenient to access via a car and this not the case with some of their competitors. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside is the gate access is to 9pm ( competitors are till 10PM) only. That 1 hour is not a big deal however if you’re driving back from the beach for example that extra hour could be be very helpful but this is corporate decision not local management policy. Overall a good experience!”

“The owner, Jeff, is awesome. I was decluttering my unit and totally forgot that they close at 6. (For some reason I had it in my head that they close at 7) and he was extremely nice about it even though I was unknowingly being a j**** I am one of those people that ordinarily never stays at a business until closing time, as I have severe anxiety and don't ever want to irritate people. I am very grateful for how he reacted.”

“We got a really amazing deal on a nice locker! The manager here is super friendly and helpful ! We are so excited to transfer from public storage. The building is secure. It’s easy to get in and out even the freight ladders are actual real freight ladders not little elevators. They also have nice bay doors that you can back your truck right up to so you don’t have to go in and out of the back of the truck it’s level with the back of the bed of the pick up truck - that makes it so much easier and the carts are even bigger and more stable And in a few months, they’re gonna have extended hours !!”

The place was clean and almost every time I had to go I had the place to my self so never had to worry about parking or congestion like you do at other storage units. “Owners are fine people. The offer everything you could want for an RV storage facility. Kept mine there for 8 years until I sold it. I even got my card key deposit back even though it took the bookkeeper 4 months to do it. Safe. Well lit. Wash area. Dump station with air and water.”
