I waited on hold for 20 min and when someone finally came on the line he wanted to know my name .. when I told him he was so rude!!! I only had 1 question for him but he was so reluctant to answer.. what ever happened to good quality customer service?!!!

This post office is great! I come here often to ship packages out and the employees are always super helpful and there are never long lines.

I don’t know what kind of useless delivery drivers these people hire but they continue to use keys that don’t work in our mailboxes and force people to leave medical devices trapped in a disgusting mailbox all weekend because these people clearly don’t know how to do their jobs
