“I love the changes that were made with the new ownership! I enjoy most of the employees. There is ONE male that doesn't have great customer severice, as he's almost always talking on his phone(earbud in). He's not mean or anything, it's kind of rude to do that when customers are at the counter. Other than that, I love it! Paul is pretty great!!”
“This may look like a dumpy little old-school gas station, but the somewhat scruffy looking fellow on duty this afternoon ( 7/30/2024) was one of the most genuinely pleasant & helpful gas station employees I’ve ever met. They only have a few pumps, but he moved things along quickly, as well as helped us in other ways.”

“I don't know how to reach the manager, but we came by and waited to be assisted this morning, and nobody came to help us. We eventually seen the person working here was behind us having a smoke, ignored that we were there. Usually the rest of the staff are quick to let us know they'll help us soon, if they can't get to us right away..This person however didn't even acknowledge that we were there waiting to be assisted...We got there about 5 minutes before 8, hoping we could be assisted once they opened at 8. It was 5 after 8 and the person was smoking and not aknowledging we were even there.
We left since we were being ignored, and didn't know when they'd finally get to us.
I smoke too, but I would never ignore customers.
And one would think if you're going to have a cigarette, you'd smoke before opening, and on your breaks. But not while you're supposed to be working, and customers are waiting to be assisted.”
“The gas was very reasonably priced and the attendant was super friendly (although I elected to pump my own fuel). Window washing fluid was full and clean, squeegee was in very good condition, and paper towels were stocked. Easy access from town and from the interstate.”
“I bought chicken strips for my grandson and he normally he eats one or two....today he took two bites and handed it back to me..I took a bite and the flavor was bad and it had a weird smell. I returned to the store with the chicken for a refund. Shanti and Ellie were so nice and said no problem. They were both great and understanding. Personally I think the oil was the issue. Normally the chicken is good tasting for my grandson.”
“Nice gas station located Central in town is it to get in and out of and has all the food and drink and gas options you could want or need whether you are local are traveling through.Maybe even more important. The restroom on the side of the building was very clean well-maintained which I was actually a little surprised, pleasantly surprised with. .Price of gas here was not exorbitant as I feared in such a small town”

“Store is great and convenient and the employees are nice but a little too blunt. Customer service is a fine balance. One of the employees told me I was too quiet and then the employee tried to continue the conversation to try to put a bandaid on what she said. Really not appropriate to tell customers they are too quiet. Maybe just ask the customer to repeat what they said politely? Regardless it’s a great store I just think management needs to have a conversation with staff and how they word things to customers since we are what drives that business profit.”

“This is the best little gas station. The 24-hour market was very nice, with lots of souvenirs available and many food and beverage options. They had a small Auto section where you could pick up some oil, washer fluid, and many other car necessities. They also sell some very good homemade cookies! Very unexpected but they were great. They have bathrooms available for customers, and the employees were very friendly, great atmosphere.”

“I’m A KoreanAmerican but owner couple are KoreanAmerican too. I was so excited and happy to see them, rarely see the KoreanAmericans in mt. Adams areas. Store is cute and clean, they are kind and friendly. Wedge potatoes and burritos are my favorite.”
