“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. “Ilife is tough and had decided to treat myself to a mid life crisis purchase. Most dudes buy fast cars, but I'm done with paying absurd amounts of car insurance. So I opted for a new sound system, as mine had seen better days. My touch screen did not work right, my driver's speaker was blown and I'm not sure what fell out of the passenger speaker, but it was rattling around in the speaker box. It was time to fix things. I am a metalhead and have very unique tastes in music. A very nice young man (I wish I could remember his name) and Adrian helped me pick out based on my tastes and price point. Adrian installed the system and he did a PHENOMENAL job. It's like being at a death metal show, I can feel the drums in my chest right into my blackened soul. It's sounds fantastic whether it's death metal, EDM, or the weird folk/pagan music I like. I love my new sound system it's brutal and aggressive, just like my music and I love it!!!”

“They saved my car! I bought a used car with some difficult to remedy odors, got a quote, and before my appointment the dealer offered to fix the issue for free. I sadly took them up on it and they doused the vehicle with chemicals and oils which made the clean up so much harder. Despite my issues, NW Auto Salon gave it a go and the odors and chemicals I was reacting to are totally gone. They said to wait until the summer to review because the heat might bring odors back, but my car is still healthy and clean. No odors to speak of.
