“Good quality of glooming service. I took my two huskies to the pet wash shop for the first time. They took great care of my dogs. The facility was clean, and my pet looked beautiful again and smelled clean afterward. The only concern is the price. There's a big difference between the estimate I got and the actual price I paid at the end.”

“My favorite car wash right now! Always working well with chemicals all dispensing properly! If there’s a malfunction, that stall is promptly closed and another wash offered! The monthly unlimited washes are my goto, and the touchless is great! My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the water filtration is not very good here and dispensing hard, recycled water that stinks nearly every time I visit! If that was fixed this Wash would be near perfect!”

“It's an older car wash and I'd be lying if I didn't say it was rundown. Which it is. It's a brush type car wash that uses strips of plastic not fabric to brush the dirt off your car. Most "better" car washes that have staffing use fabric strips that get cleaned - at least they are suppose to get cleaned. Which brings me to my next point at a wash that isn't manned, and the brushes are not cleaned plastic maybe better as it won't be as likely to hang on to dirt. The wash is slow. It felt like it took a lot longer than the tunnel and touchless washes I've be through. If I left it with that this would be a 2 star review, but they are doing a few things very right. One is that they have a carpet shampooing station. Brown bear use to have them but took them out. I'm not aware of any car wash on the east side other than this one that has a shampoo station. I'll be making use of that for sure! And a basic wash is $8 inc. tax. And there is no wax sprayed on at that price which means my windshield wipers aren't messed up by it and since I use a polymer type "wax" there isn't anything done that messes that up. For me this is now my go to car wash.”

“Generally a clean facility with courteous staff. I've never used the bathroom s - I guess that would be the ultimate test of cleanliness! Earlier in the Covid season when EVERYONE was trying to get to Goodwill to drop off goods, people would try to line up in this business lot, blocking those who legitimately needed gas in their cars! This problem seems to have been resolved in recent weeks.”

The drying time in the last bay (4th) was significantly less than promised, lasting about 15 seconds instead of the advertised 45 seconds. Consequently, the rear of my car seemed to be inadequately serviced by the sprayers, leaving a layer of dust. On wiping the dust off, I discovered a shiny surface underneath.Apart from these issues, the wash did effectively clean and shine my car. I am inclined to revisit in the future.Regarding the operational aspects and any political influence on this private business, I would appreciate contact information to address these concerns directly.
