When The dealer, they quoted me at 4x the amount before tax of what I paid with alderwood with tax! Although they didn’t have a window on hand, they got it ordered and sent over in a business day. They were professional, and they got my window replaced in an hour! I’m definitely going to come here if I ever have any glass break again.”

“Went in today as my Model Y had a small crack from a rock in the windshield. The gentleman who did the short-term crack repair to my windshield was extremely easy to talk to and he really seemed to know his stuff and actually seemed to care about doing an amazing job. After looking over the windshield he actually found two more small cracks from rocks that actually penetrated the windshield but had not yet formed a spider, and for very little extra I had him put resin in them too. And on top of all that, the receptionists at the front desk - both of them - were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. If only every business was as well run as this one we'd have a different world. Very impressive at least for my simple windshield repair and my brief stay.”

“I just moved to the area not long ago, so went to google to check out auto glass places near me. Found Angel's Auto Glass had good ratings, so decided to give them a call early morning to get a quote for my brother's back windshield to be fixed. I had tried to take the tint off of his back windshield as it had become really old and blurry. Needless to say it was a terrible job and we ended up scratching up the heat lines as well, so knew the windshield needed to be replaced. Oscar gave me a good quote, and when asked when I could get it done, he said I could actually get it done same day or tomorrow. I was working from home that day, so I opted for same day. I asked if I needed to come to the shop and turns out he's mobile, so he came to my house! Amazing communication, good pricing, he's funny, and honest. Was also surprised how quick it was too and I'm so happy with the quality of work. We have a big family with a bunch of cars, so will definitely be the guy I call for all my auto glass needs. Really glad to have found his business close to the crib!”

“Due to recent cold weather my truck chip split across my windshield. A friend suggested Patrick at Chip Happens and he lived up to all the hype. Patrick came to my job and fixed my windshield extremely fast. I was in appointments all day so we communicated via text on where to pick up my keys. “This safelite location is amazing! Tina who helped check me in and handles various business tasks inside was so friendly and helpful. The workers were at max capacity and still finished my windshield replacement and recalibration in a timely manner. Yes it takes about 2.5 hours but it's pretty easy to pass the time by having someone pick you up to go somewhere and come back. It was a great experience!”

“I've never had to take any of my cars to an auto body shop before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff at Gerber were all very kind, helpful and made the process a breeze! They sent me updates about my car and got my car done a few days earlier than estimated. I was able to be shuttled to Enterprise for my rental car and drop the rental car off at Gerber once I was done with it, which made the whole ordeal a lot easier. To top it all off, they not only fixed my car's bumper, but they cleaned the car as well! Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Gerber and appreciate all their hardwork.
