I had a leaky propane hose on my rPod and Dave was generous to disassemble one hose to put the nozzle on a longer hose for me and only charged me for the one part. He went above and beyond by letting me text message photos of what I was working with. And his business hours are unmatched in the area! “Great team here at this location. I road my motorcycle to this Enterprise by error when I should have gone to the other location on the other end of Bellevue. Kris (Kelvin) gave me a ride across town in a brand new LUCID and it was exciting. After I finished business at the correct location, Kris brought me back to your Enterprise. I met Constance and she was full of energy and smiles, adorable and made my visit today "fun". I had to modify my return date multiple times during the reservation, and the process is very easy to do online and all charges are laid out clearly. The car given to me was in excellent condition and I had no issues when I returned the vehicle.”

“Extremely professional company. Email confirmation of reservation shortly after booking. We had a text message from our driver upon landing in Seattle and he met us by baggage claim to assist with the bags. We had the same driver, Christian, on 2 separate occasions. He was sharply dressed and extremely polite and professional. The vehicle was impeccably clean. Upon arriving back in port from our cruise it was so nice to have Christian waiting to take us to the airport. No stress trying to get an Uber! I will use Omega exclusively when I return to Seattle in the future.”

“These guys took care of me. I was in a claim against someone with American family insurance. Their insurance company would not pay a dime more even though all the basic cars were gone, and the car they had was equivalent to what I had. The insurance company told me to kick rocks and look for another enterprise to rent a car. The guys at Enterprise were in awe of the bad service and upgraded me regardless of the bad service from American family insurance, helped move on with my day. They called afterwards to let me know the car return was fine and returned my deposit quickly. Great service I look forward to referring people your way”

My car is having maintenance for 3 weeks so I needed a loaner, and shops don't really do free loaners anymore unfortunately.”
