However, Rocky from AK towing was the most professional and fastest tow truck driver I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure to work with! My car was loaded and we are on our way within less than five minutes and drop off was the same. Plus he has an epic beard straight from Viking GODS!! Highly recommend this company and if you have the unfortunate opportunity to be stuck on the side of the road, definitely give Rocky a call!”

“Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough. They were super helpful on the phone arranging the tow and were much less than other companies in the area. Krys was the driver that showed up incredibly fast to help, however I was able to get my car started and ended up not needing the tow service. I was so thoroughly impressed by how kind and knowledgeable he was. If you have a need for a tow, I would highly recommend you call Ken's Towing.”

“I would give Caleb and Triton Towing 6 stars if I could. This team can tow anything, but they also specialize in Tesla vehicles.My Tesla bricked the night before a snowstorm. The following morning, Caleb reached out to inform me that he was inbound to my location and kept me apprised of developments in his deployment to my location. We were experiencing a snowstorm that was unforecasted. Caleb, the true professional he is, used his expertise to ensure that he could make the mission happen.My Tesla was completely immobile and in a tight parking lot. Caleb arrived on time, sized up the situation in about 2 minutes and then went to work to make the seemingly impossible possible. But that was just the beginning of the challenge.We had a 70 mile journey off an island into Seattle to make, all while snow was falling, roads were freezing and cars were sliding around everywhere.Caleb is an expert is managing these circumstances. I always felt safe and confident in his decisions and ability.And we got mission success, making it into Seattle and the Tesla Service Center. And, oh but the way, Caleb is such a professional, that he has built relationships with the good folks at Tesla and coordinates well ahead of arrival to ensure a safely and successfully executed outcome.Have zero hesitation in hiring this team!”

“Adam is the absolutely the best!!! We were panicking about why our car was making weird sounds and flashing strange messages then the battery completely went out. We could not open the doors, trunk, hood, and the alarm was going off. Adam showed up and calmed us down and was able to open the doors, trunk, and hood. He jump started the car then told us he thinks that all the car needs a new 12 volt battery and it was not a major problem. I told Adam that we called BMW maintenance and they told us to bring it in and they would look at it. He said he will help is install the battery and it would be fine. He even helped us find this difficult to locate battery and installed it. The car has been fine ever since. I am so glad to have met Adam. He is very knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend him and if I ever had car problems or questions I would directly go to Adam. Thank Adam for being so nice to us and helping us.”
“I broke down along 405, and called Greg at Mac Towing for help. He sent Dana to come pick me and my car up. Dana was awesome! We took back roads to get home to avoid traffic, and he even jump started my other car that had a dead battery so I would have a working car! The price was very fair and reasonable. I've never needed a tow truck before, but if I ever do... I'll be calling these guys!”

“I have to submit this review for all the folks looking at this place and going elsewhere due to the low stars you may see - Def give this place a try. I got in an accident and had my car towed here and they actually weren't accepting tows at that time but they were nice enough to keep my vehicle and work on it for me. They told me 3-4 weeks from the get go and that's what it ended up being. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon K from this location. He worked with me through every step of the way and always communicated what was going on and when. I really appreciated how thorough he was. It was a brand new car, only had it for 3 weeks prior to accident. Thanks Brandon for easing my nerves and making this as smooth as possible. Car is running great!!!”
