“I had a great experience with Quality Towing. Their response time was incredibly fast, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The driver was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, the customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and respectful from start to finish. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend Quality Towing to anyone who needs reliable and professional service.”

“Aaron was great! He showed up fast (20 minutes to Bothell), was friendly, answered all of our questions and set us up with a new battery in minutes. 10/10 highly recommended.”
“Fantastic shop. They recently fixed up a wheelchair van for a family with a special needs child, which says a lot about the kind of people they are. They’ve also taken great care of our own vehicles. The shop itself is incredibly clean and organized—top-shelf operation all around. They are an asset to the community. Can’t recommend enough.”
“Doc helped me with my Mazda 6 after I received a repair estimate from the dealership. He carefully reviewed the quote, explained what was actually necessary, and identified several repairs that didn’t need to be done. He even took the time to show me the car from underneath and clearly explained what the actual problem was, which gave me a lot of confidence in his diagnosis.
Throughout the process, I felt confident that I was paying only for the repairs that were actually needed—not for unnecessary replacements. His honest, practical approach and transparency are exactly what you hope to find in a mechanic. I highly recommend Doc to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable automotive service.”

“I was having some issues starting my car, every time I tried to turn my car on it looked like my dashboard was glitching out. I called and spoke with Farshad and he was able to get me in within the hour. He was extremely friendly and was immediately able to determine the root cause of my issue (my battery had gone bad). He replaced my battery and looked at a few other things that I asked him to take a peak at and was able to get everything done the same day! Farshad was completely transparent of the what the estimated price would be in the beginning, so there were no surprises once everything was completed. I would highly recommend Safety Auto Repair!”

“First company you should even call for any kind of service they offer. Happy to write a review for a HONEST, RELIABLE, and most importantly AFFORDABLE company!Just to give a little background and assure y'all I'm not a bot. My car broke down in Kirkland and they were able to tow me 4 hours south east into Oregon without charging a ridiculous amount. Friendly and professional as I broke down with my girlfriend. All I'm saying is give them a call, coming from a guy who works hard for his money”
“Your Tow Company is outstanding. Reliable, honest, quick, and careful. The owner Randy goes above and beyond, he has towed numerous vehicles for us, for our customers and is very easy to work with. Thanks for always being there for us at Fisher’s Auto Service!”

“My battery died when I was in the grocery store a few days ago. So I phonedroadside angels, who were quite competent and accommodating. I was told it wouldtake an hour and a half for someone to arrive, yet I only had to wait about 30minutes. I was grateful for the quick service I received. A guy came to my aid andwent above and above to ensure that my vehicle was in working order. One of thereasons I picked Roadside angel is because of this. Their quality and expertise areunquestionably outstanding... Thank you very much!!”

“Owner was extremely nice and helped me himself. Got to me within 30 minutes at the crack of dawn. Handled my car well. Took me where I needed and even stuck around after to help me push the car into a better spot. Also want to add that their services were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any of the other places I called. 10/10 would use again whenever I’m in trouble. Definitely recommend to others.”

“I was really impressed will the tow company’s driver they sent out to me today. I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name, but he had just moved here from Reno Nevada. He was extremely professional and very calming. I really appreciated your kindness.”
“I broke down along 405, and called Greg at Mac Towing for help. He sent Dana to come pick me and my car up. Dana was awesome! We took back roads to get home to avoid traffic, and he even jump started my other car that had a dead battery so I would have a working car! The price was very fair and reasonable. I've never needed a tow truck before, but if I ever do... I'll be calling these guys!”

“While it wasn’t a pleasant experience to have my sister’s car towed away unexpectedly, the people we talked to today (Jeffery and Nick) were very pleasant. It wasn’t a cheap mistake at $451, but at the very least, they were nice when we came in. So thank you for not making a bad day worse!”
