“Nick made my experience buying my 2021 mazda3 turbo premium plus hatchback a breeze. He is very knowledgeable with what he does, easy to talk with, and is transparent when talking money. It was clear he/the dealership as a whole were not trying to hide things from me during the whole process. There were no crazy fees behind the scenes, and they had very competitive loan rates. First thing we noticed about the car was the cracked windshield. Immediately when we said that Nick said that of course they would take care of it for us. Lee Johnson Chevy had me in in 2 days and got it replaced in an hour. James helped facilitate the service and guide my other service questions as well. Unfortunately there was an issue with the car after 3 days. I inquired about the exchange program and Alex and the sales manager ensured a smooth and easy transaction. “Free vacuums!!! Touchless car wash, but my car was still dirty. They dry your car when you finish but I was in a hurry and it was raining so I told the guy to not dry my car… maybe it would have made a difference.”

“This is a reliable and convenient location with good customer service to have our cars washed. Our Mazda was purchased here so we have free lifetime washes, but the package pricing for a punch card to clean our other vehicle is comparable to Brown Bear's pricing. We've not usually had to wait so it's a pretty quick stop after getting gas at Costco nearby.”

“I was forced to find a new, local automated car wash that'd service my cars' special needs. I think the vintage outside payment kiosk is in desperate need of a fix/upgrade; the vacuum kiosk as well. I would have preferred the stations attendant to speak/understand English when asked questions regarding the car wash instructions. I really liked the bumped treadmill, tire pulling method of slowly and safely towing my vehicle through it's process. The instruction signs inside the machine are old and hard to see. If you've never been to this station, it's quit frustrating. The overall $11 wash was sufficient and thorough; even the spoked wheels were cleaned! I did notice residual product/wax smears on my car while chamois'ing afterwards. I think the final black curtain wiping phase of the machine is impregnated with other cars wash+wax selections and never gets rinsed out. Knowing all this ahead, I'll likely use this station again for its convenience, location and cost; at least until my Brown Bear opens back up.Service: Auto detailing”

“My car wouldn't start after I pulled in and the guys working very kindly jumped it for me even though it was late and they were closing. They also refunded me since they weren't able to do the cleaning. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.”

“Awesome car wash! The original owner is back and bringing it back to tip top shape. Other owners ran it to the ground for a while but it’s now back in business. The owner went above and beyond to wash and detail my car personally. Very friendly and efficient . Will be back.”
