“I’ve been going to Blinn Fitness for personal strength training since August 2023, starting with one day per week and now up to three days per week, working with two of their trainers to get the benefit of both of their experiences and styles (Maidie Knight and Elijah Jordan). I’ve never been a “gym” person because of the way some commercial gyms can lend themselves to cookie cutter operations and a superficial interest in your health. Not to mention a very bland aesthetic and stereotypical equipment. Based on what I observed from Brandon Blinn’s instagram account, Blinn Fitness was investing in their clients and ensuring the gym has diverse equipment and trainers and the aesthetic is anything but bland! They have created a community of health professionals that is so safe, supportive, fun, and STRONG!”

“One of my kids say six stars out of five! On another said 10 stars! As we were walking out of class they were already making plans for coming back the next day and the next week. Our coach, I believe his name is Kyle, was really rad and shared his ethos with us parents about parkour and how they like to run their classes. I love that they give time to the kids to run around and explore the space before getting into activities and that they change up their course every week. The kids got a lot of chances to try new skills and work hard to improve on their own skills. We're excited to come back and be regulars!”
“Great place for your aspiring gymnasts! Northshore has amazing programs available for any age and we love every coach we have had throughout the years. They have a nice section for viewers to watch all of the action and a ton of different programs to accommodate a variety of schedules. Overall, Northshore is a phenomenal option if your kids are interested in gymnastics. You won't be disappointed!”
“Generally a good gym experience with clean facilities, friendly staff, machines readily available, and respectful people. Only feedback about general operations is a water fountain that has a water bottle filler.
As someone moving away from the area, I didn't appreciate the fees to cancel and the random charge in June that covers a 'maintenance fee.' I know what it takes to run a business, therefore I get it, however I think there is smarter ways to include all fees in the monthly membership to eliminate questions about the contract. Gold's Gym and LA Fitness both pull those shenanigans, which is the cost of business, but I think there's more transparent ways to operate. It's partly why I told myself I'd never go to LA Fitness again, I don't want to have to say the same if I ever live near a Gold's Gym again.”
“I was a little apprehensive about joining PF for all of the lunk alarm, etc rules. I joined and the staff has been friendly and helpful. It's about 75% cardio and weight lifting machines, followed by Smith machines and dumbbells. As long as you're okay with that, it works. PF gets beat up on social media. I may not agree with all of their policies or schtick, but I haven't had any adverse experiences here, or at two other PFs I've been to. I do see dedicated people at different times getting their workouts on and a fair amount look fit. It's not a meat market either and no attention seekers or people putting up tripods to be the next fitness influencer. People tend to get in and get out. Overall I'd recommend PF as a convenient, inexpensive, and clean gym to get out of the house and keep up on basic fitness. So far, so good and it works for what it is in the gym space.”
“This gym is the best for all ages especially young athletes. i have came here everyday for the past 3 years and the results have never been better. I play Ice hockey and it has BOOSTED my performance on and off the ice. I the staff and owners are the nicest people and always help with any questions you might have about the workout and even your form to make your performance in the gym even better. If your worried that you wouldn’t be able to compete a workout there just know you can always modify things to help yourself”
