“After visiting multiple ring shops, our first visit at Lake Street made me feel like this was the right place to get my engagement ring. Our consultation with Vince was informative, helpful, and empowered us with the decision making process. After a couple of visits we were able to decide on a diamond and also customize the ring, side stones, and the wedding band to all match up very well. She was very patient and truly cared about the importance of replacing the emerald in a ring my mother bought me over 25 years ago. “Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I shipped the hat back and the day David Morgan received my return they had its (smaller) replacement back inroute to me. Fantastic customer service -- And an amazing product. Bravo!”

He doesn't like to answer stupid questions and texting is the best way to contact him, don't leave long messages, his time is valuable(he does love watches and clocks for goodness sakes)! All that said, he helped me resize a band for my wife's birthday present(a very important Bulova watch from her grandmother)and it turned out beautifully, he even showed me how to do it myself to fine tune the fit! He also changed the battery and set the time on a very important but almost worthless minnie watch for her as well(pictured). If you are just looking for info to then buy something online, go somewhere else. If you truly need a craftsman and a master of a dying art see Ron!!!”
“Frank is great! Very personable and worked with me to make changes and get the diamond cut I wanted for the ring. Prices are fair and transparent. The ring designs are the best I saw by far after looking around at nordstroms/macys/etc. Unique, elegant, and pretty. He got the ordering and alterations done very quickly, too. “I visited today, August 20th around 2pm and just had the best visit to any Claire's ever- I am a lifelong patron so I have seen quite a few different locations and this was by far the most pleasant experience yet due to the above-and-beyond service of the cashier, the cleanliness and organization of the store, everything was perfect. Went in to just buy a plushie but there was so much stuff that caught my eye and they had such good sales that I just had to leave with a bit more than I planned on. Cashier was such a sweetheart and noticed I was finding lots of stuff and struggling to carry it all so she brought me a basket unprompted even though she was already doing the task of maintaining stock around the store as I shopped, then while checking out asked me about my day and really
