“Had a really bad inital experience with a assistant manager in training named John who made me really uncomfortable. After that I worked with Anthony and Freddy who were the total opposite; friendly welcoming and understanding. They helped me the remainder of times I came in and they knocked it put of the park every time. If you go in and john is there turn around but if Anthony or Freddy are there you're in good hands and they will bend over backwards to help you out. All in all Freddy and Anthony make the whole experience worth while.”

“It's been about five years since I've had my wedding rings polished, so I started looking around for polishing services. I've heard of Baraka Gems as I live close to the area, so decided to reach out and get some pricing information. Claire was extremely helpful and very professional, answering all of my many questions, and setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The only hiccup was that I was quoted a certain price in email, and the person who I actually met with in person quoted at a higher rate. I was a little thrown off and disappointed, but upon reaching back out, it was confirmed that while they recently updated their pricing, they would honor the previous quote. I really appreciate their level of customer service - they certainly did not have to do that, and it made me feel like my feedback was heard and that they really cared. My rings look just as beautiful as the day I first got them, and I'd gladly return the next time I need a polishing!”

Katie is a creative genius and worked with me every step of the way to make my vision a reality, and I get compliments on my rings all the time. My husband, meanwhile, wanted a simple tungsten ring, and is very picky about fit and style but wasn't sure how to articulate what he did and didn't like. Meg helped him work through options and was able to hone in on what he was looking for, and how to get it to feel right. We cannot recommend the team at J Rankin highly enough!”

I got some education about pearls from her, she explained how to distinguish good quality of pearls, where does these pearls came from, general process of making a piece of jewelry from pearls(She collaborates with many people/manufactories from around the world). She often hosts charity events in hospitals and donates part of the profit. She was very patient and helped me pick a few earnings to try on and made good suggestions based on my preference. We also communicated in Chinese for a bit since we all came from China, it made the interaction much more authentic and down to earth. She was kind enough to give me a very good deal on the earrings I decided to buy:). She made an effort to know her client by asking questions. The interactions I had with her were much more meaningful comparing to the ones I had in Tiffany. I will definitely come back! This experience helped me to pay more attention to local businesses like hers, these hard working people actually enjoys what they do, try their best to serve local communities and at the same time make a living.”
