“Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”

“Sold some jewelry today from a relative’s estate. I worked with Holly. She was very patient, friendly and thorough. I brought in a box full of miscellaneous jewelry. Since it was from an estate, I was unsure of the quality or price of the items. Turns out that some of the jewelry was gold plated, and some of it was was gold. That was a nice surprise! I’m happy with my experience at Seattle Gold.

We just picked our ring up exactly 1 week after dropping it off, exactly on time as estimated. The resizing is flawless and the ring fits perfectly and looks like it was never even altered. Incredible work and amazing staff.

“Took an old chain of mine to get repaired and it took him a couple days because he was swamped with repairs. He also polished it up and only charged me $12 I couldn't believe it. He is the best. Going to see him tomorrow for a couple more repairs on other pieces. So happy to see him again.”
