The units are clean and temperature controlled very well.

The office girlie (I think her name is Jesse) was super helpful and explained everything in great detail! I feel super secure with my things being away from me which also was a fear of mine! Met with John and he walked me through the whole process. He was super knowledgeable, thorough, and above all a genuine person who seems to really care about his customers.
