“Had a storage locker here for about four years and it was great the whole time. Only reason I’m no longer using it is because I’m moving. It’s always clean and easy to navigate, and my stuff was always safe.”
“Crystal was wonderful. She advised me and assisted me in stationing my PODS container when I moved my belongings out of storage. She was very knowledgeable about the process and always upbeat and friendly.”
“Who raves about a storage unit location? This kid! I've enjoyed the convenience, security, cleanliness of this facility, plus the professional and friendly staff at North Creek Self Storage at Thrasher's Corner in Bothell. Thank you for the turn key experience!”
“Received great customer service from Ian! Will definitely rent from here again! Ian has provided excellent customer service throughout our move in to our unit. He saved us when it was super hot with offering us some bottled water! Thanks Ian!”
“Lupe, please speak more slowly. I understood most of what you said, despite your speed of speech, except your name! It's good I know it now. 👍 Thank you for your patience ❤”

“I just recently rented a unit here and it's been great! Very quiet and the lady that did my paper work and stayed late and was very nice. Also the price of my unit is very reasonable and has been safe so far!?”
“Absolutely amazing customer service I received from John the manager. I was a bit skeptical since some of the reviews are a bit rough. But, I took the chance and went in anyway. Met with John and he walked me through the whole process. He was super knowledgeable, thorough, and above all a genuine person who seems to really care about his customers. Rare find in this industry. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family because of him. When you go there ask for John! He’ll show you what you need to do. Thank you, John!”

“Charley was extremely helpful to me with gaining access to my pin for the front gate and the usage of the special lock for my unit. She really set me up for success and I like the storage facility.”
