I use this UPS store frequently for Amazon returns and the staff is always ready to help if something isn't working right, they always seem happy when talking with eachother. Taz was a wonderful UPS team member! I helped me with a heavy international shipment today and put on the complex shipping materials for me. He was incredibly friendly and professional. His attitude was a breath of fresh air. Definitely a rare gem! Thank you!
