“I just picked up my Toyota Avalon and she looks great! This is the second time I’ve brought my car in for body work. The first time was when someone rear ended me in a parking lot. After they repaired it, my trunk looks brand new. Then, I was down at Union Gap Sinclairs going to fill up with gas and it was really windy. When I opened my door the wind yanked it out of my hands and slammed it against a cement post!! I brought it to Caliber because I trusted them so much from first repair. They charged me a very reasonable price and took the crease out as if it was never there.
I highly recommend this shop for their good workmanship and easy to work with.”
“I recently took my 2012 Honda Civic to Autocraft to be repaired after a hit and run. Not only was I kept up to date on the stages of repair, I picked it up days earlier than initially estimated with a complimentary wash and vacuum. My car looks great thanks to the entire team. Specifically, I want to shout out Isabel in the office! With any question I had, she eased any stress about the process I was feeling. She went above and beyond to thoroughly communicate with my insurance, with the shop, and with me every step of the way. Thank you again, Autocraft.”

“The repair work itself looks decent, but I had some frustrations with communication and attention to detail. From the start, I made it clear I wanted OEM parts. I was told they would check with the parts department and get back to me, but they never did. When I followed up, I was told Progressive approved my bill but that aftermarket parts were included. I declined work with aftermarket and was told to call my insurance, even though I was under the impression the shop would handle that. Later, they called back and said aftermarket wasn’t available, so I assumed OEM would be used.
When I picked up my car, the paperwork still listed aftermarket parts. I asked again and got a confusing explanation that they were “extra manufacturer parts,” but I still don’t feel confident about what was actually installed on my car. On top of that, when I got home I noticed overspray on my window and had to scrape it off myself — something that should have been taken care of before the car was returned.
Overall, the car drives fine, but the lack of clear communication, the uncertainty over whether OEM parts were really used, and the leftover paint overspray made this experience disappointing.”
“They have done work to fix my son's Pontiac and my Subaru Outback. They do a good job blending the paint and are thorough with their repairs. Relatively quick with their work and they work with most major insurance providers. No complaints”

“The vehicle damage was assessed and information was then passed to the insurance company. All repairs and communication was submitted to the insurance company. After a week my truck was scheduled for repair and completed in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the repair. The truck looks same as the day I purchased it. The Harvest Collison staff to include Mario and the front counter staff were courteous and made sure I understood what to expect during the repair from start to finish.”

I arrived to Impact Collision Center in tears and left with a smile. I felt embarrassed that I accidentally crunched in the side of my vehicle and as a woman who has no car knowledge, I was fearful that I would be taken advantage of. Jerry and his team were compassionate and respectful. They didn’t make me feel bad. They made time to give me a quote the same day!
They were honest, trustworthy and efficient. Although they work with all insurances they also have very reasonable pricing if you need to pay out of pocket.
