“Good guys, they repaired my truck with substantial damage many years ago in 2018 and did a good job with it, the work has held up nicely. Today, I came in for a warranty repair on some trim and badging starting to peel off due to the glue tape failing with age and they replaced it all promptly at no charge and were nice about it. “I purchased some new roof tracks for my Jeep, I needed them installed in order to continue with my mounting of cross bars and roof rack. I thought sporthaus could do this? And they turned me away as they would need to do some fabricating and bodywork? I was completely bummed out as this was not something I had the knowledge of doing, let alone the confidence. I googled an autobody shop, and Jase was the first to pop up. I called him, confusingly explained my situation, and he hopped right out of bed, met me, and got it done. The knowledge and confidence HE had while doing this was next level. I was in and out of there within a little over an hour and could not be happier with the job he did. There are quite literally no Auto Roof Track installers in Yakima, but Pro Autobody took the challenge and got me taken care of with ease. I also learned they paint autos, as well as paint corrections, and I think I have now found constant business with this shop for all of my auto needs. So if you like helping local business but seeing pro work, GO HERE.”
“I had two quotes to restore my 2012 Prius foggy headlights were $80-100. Steve at Sun West took a look, "they're bad," asked one of his staff to buff the lights, they came out great, not brand new but at least 85% clearer, allowing light to come through which is a safety issue. What a blessing, great customer service that took less than ten minutes but the memory will last a lifetime. Thank you!”

“Webers towing, Jeff, came to the rescue. I had waited over 24hours for my car to be picked up from the initial towing company and they never came through. State Farm got ahold of webbers towing and I received instant excellent customer service from them. Jeff called me before State Farm authorized the tow and gave me the an eta on pick up and confirmed my info. Jeff was in constant communication with me and picked up my car within 2 hours of his original call. Very generous and helpful, I recommend Jeff at Webers Towing.”
“The vehicle damage was assessed and information was then passed to the insurance company. All repairs and communication was submitted to the insurance company. After a week my truck was scheduled for repair and completed in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the repair. The truck looks same as the day I purchased it. The Harvest Collison staff to include Mario and the front counter staff were courteous and made sure I understood what to expect during the repair from start to finish.”
“The repair work itself looks decent, but I had some frustrations with communication and attention to detail. From the start, I made it clear I wanted OEM parts. I was told they would check with the parts department and get back to me, but they never did. When I followed up, I was told Progressive approved my bill but that aftermarket parts were included. I declined work with aftermarket and was told to call my insurance, even though I was under the impression the shop would handle that. Later, they called back and said aftermarket wasn’t available, so I assumed OEM would be used.
When I picked up my car, the paperwork still listed aftermarket parts. I asked again and got a confusing explanation that they were “extra manufacturer parts,” but I still don’t feel confident about what was actually installed on my car. On top of that, when I got home I noticed overspray on my window and had to scrape it off myself — something that should have been taken care of before the car was returned.
Overall, the car drives fine, but the lack of clear communication, the uncertainty over whether OEM parts were really used, and the leftover paint overspray made this experience disappointing.”

“Four years ago my 4Runner was hit (and ran) in the mall parking lot; Small Town Auto Body was incredibly helpful with the insurance process and did an excellent job fixing the damage. Today I took my car in for an exterior detail, including paint correction for all the little chips from PNW winter driving. Once again they did a fantastic job; my car looks new, the price was so great I tipped the guys, and they sent me home with a small container of paint in case I needed to do any touchups before my next visit. These guys are highly qualified, friendly, professional, helpful, and accommodating (I had to reschedule my appointment very last minute). I cannot recommend them enough!!Services: Painting”
