“I've used storage units in many places over the years. Yakima Mini Storage has 3 locations very near each other. I had a small unit at the 48th Ave location a few years ago and currently have a larger unit at the 58th Ave location. First of all, a person answers the phone when you call or if you leave a VM your call gets returned very soon. Each location has an office so someone will meet you where you wish to rent a unit so you can see it before committing. They are very professional in that you fill out paperwork, have insurance to cover any losses and have security cameras covering the whole area. They supply the lock ($10 charge), which is placed in an area impossible to reach with bolt cutters. The units I've rented have been very clean. Some units have lighting and some don't so it's good to ask about that if it's important to you. Angie and Bo are very pleasant and helpful with any inquiries. The security is top notch.”

“I called Action Towing after I waited for another company for over two hours and they failed to show up (through my insurance). Action towing employees were very friendly and got there in about 15 minutes. They unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. The price was under $100, so very reasonable for the service they provided. “I cannot share or say enough positive about Frances and Richard! They went far above and beyond the call of duty for me - my move was an extremely rough experience due to my own real estate agents pushing me out of my home and refusing to work with me once the house was sold - that being said - Frances and Richard took me under their wings and, after their work days (yes multiple days and long distance) found me movers, 9:30 at night made sure I was safe, lent me locks, ground off locks, worked with the moving company to get my belongings loaded, took my long distance phone calls and problems in stride and with grace. If ever there was a couple suited for this business it is definitely Frances and Richard! Negative is not in their vocabulary - they work hard at what they do - I know this is long winded but like I said, I can't say enough positive about them. Thank you Frances and Richard for looking out for me. Very Sincerely, Jeanne ?”

“I had some of my belongings there for the past six years & had nothing less than excellent service & results. Yesterday, I cleaned-out my unit. Lorne, the manager, went out of his way to keep communications open & coordinate with me, over a period of a few days prior to my arrival. I no longer had my key, so he cut off my lock, when I arrived. I had no more need for several items, so he allowed me to leave them in the unit, with one of their locks, because they arrange for leftover items to be picked up by & donated to local charities. He prepared all of my closing paperwork ahead of time & had it ready when I arrived, including immediately processing my security deposit refund. Besides being very friendly & helpful, Lorne was proficient & professional, exemplifying true customer service. I highly recommend Value Lock Storage!”

“Great service from Friendly Automotive West. We brought in our 2008 Toyota Camry for repair. Come to find out it was the water pump that needed to be replaced, which we kind of figured. They fixed it in no time. The car runs much more quieter now then before. Also great customer service from the office staff as well.”

“I rented here for 4 years. Never had any kind of problems. They owners are great people. If I fell behind for whatever reason they always worked with me. I am sadden to have to move my stuff however its not to any fault of anybody. Just a sad situation. The place caught fire and they need to tear down so they can rebuild.I recommend this place above any other place.”
