“Great service from Friendly Automotive West. We brought in our 2008 Toyota Camry for repair. Come to find out it was the water pump that needed to be replaced, which we kind of figured. They fixed it in no time. The car runs much more quieter now then before. Also great customer service from the office staff as well.”

“Good experience over all. Dealt with Alex in service mainly and was pretty good but the rest including the tech are good. There is space outside for about 2 possibly 3 semis but be careful with the ground because it might sink. I did parked there overnight and had no issues.”

“Best experience we’ve ever had with U Haul. Our ordered equipment was not available so they didn’t charge us for a ‘fill in’ replacement. When turning back in the truck and equipment they had also adjusted our bill. Wow - any need for a smaller U Haul, especially in the West Valley area, go there. They will take care of you.”

“I went to the U-Haul at East Nob Hill and had a pleasant booking for a trailer with, I believe Melissa who was filling in from the Tri-Cities. Later the same day, I had a change of plans and the reservation was easily canceled. The next day I noticed my wallet was missing and after looking everywhere I thought that possibly I had left it at the U-haul business. I called to see if they had discovered my wallet. Jeanette was on the case, searching the entire desk area, the safe, and reviewed the security video. I found the wallet at my son's house as it had fallen out of the car door the night before in the dark. When I called her to inform her the wallet was found, she was outside searching the parking lot for it. I believe she went way above and beyond the Call of Duty and U-haul should be very proud to have a worker of her caliber, they should probably give her a raise before someone else does. I know that I greatly appreciate her devotion to customer service!”
