“Phenominal customer service!! The kind you just don't see all that often these days, unfortunately. Rest assured, Joan went above and beyond, to assist me in finding the perfect shoe for my daily work activities. Found Hoka to be a brand everybody loves so I looked for a dealer in town and Vaux had not only a tremendous selection at extremely fair prices but also a variety of other brands to choose from. Highly recommend Vaux far and above any other shoe store in town. Do yourself a favor and visit them 1st before any other store.

“Went there to pick up boots I had ordered online. They ended up being too small and the sweet lady exchanged them for me right there without issue. I took my kids back to get boots the next day. The same lady was amazing helping them pick boots and belts, taking the time to make sure they had the proper sizes. The prices were extremely reasonable too for great quality leather. Will definitely be coming back.”
