“I had an emergency when a part of my car started dragging on the ground while on the freeway and didn’t have any tools or a jack to try and fix it. I called the shop and not only did they open up early for me, they wouldn’t even let me pay for the repair because of the situation. On top of that, when Jeff gave the keys back he also mentioned he fixed a door check I didn’t know was an issue! Great people and would recommend anybody to this shop!”

I called and the owner was able to take a look find the problem and fix it in an emergency situation. He was very helpful and the price was next to nothing when he knew I was in a bad situation and could have easily taken advantage of me. Class act A+ shop!”

“Driving from Whistler BC to Salt Lake City and the truck alternator decided to go 20 miles outside of Yakima. I was lucky to make it to town and find Valley Automative in the morning where they took great care of me.
