“Good experience over all. Dealt with Alex in service mainly and was pretty good but the rest including the tech are good. There is space outside for about 2 possibly 3 semis but be careful with the ground because it might sink. I did parked there overnight and had no issues.”

“Phenomenal Service from Jermaine, the GM!
After a long drive and unloading, I accidentally left my Prius keys in the U-Haul I returned late Saturday. The next morning I realized it and, after calling a few times, finally connected with the call center. That’s when Jermaine, the GM, personally stepped in—even though he was off work. He drove in, searched the truck with a team member, and when they didn’t find the keys, he didn’t stop there. Remembering I had returned the truck late in the day, he thought to check the cleaning cart and found them!
Jermaine went above and beyond to help me, showing kindness, professionalism, and true dedication. On my first day in Yakima, his actions left a lasting impression. Thank you, Jermaine, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive one!”
“I had a problem with a padlock on a UHaul trailer I had rented and two other local UHaul businesses either refused to help or told me they would charge me $50 to cut it and I would have to wait several hours. Eddie at Nob Hill UHaul was so kindly and helpful when no one else was. He took the time to look more closely at the padlock and figured out how to angle the key to get it unlocked (it was a long-shanked lock and I couldn't get it to rotate enough to insert the key), refused payment, and was kind and generous on a very stressful day for me. He has my business for life!!”
