“Incredible worksmanship. I brought in a ceramic space heater that once worked perfect for one year when it's oscillation function died. Since its death I've always kept taking her in to an electronics shop to be repaired in the back of mind.I finally got around to it. I am now extremely happy my ceramic space heater has a fully functional oscillation function now.The repair was done in a very timely fashion and at a more than fair rate considering market conditions.When the time comes for an electronics repair to be done I'll take whatever it may be to Barry's Electronics for the repair.”

“This review is specifically about this store location, not T-Mobile as a whole. I worked with the Assistant Manager, Angelica, and she truly went above and beyond.

I had been dealing with an issue with T-Mobile customer care for nearly three months just trying to close out one of my business accounts. I had moved all my lines to another business account that was still with T-Mobile, so it should have been a simple process. Instead, I was transferred multiple times, given conflicting information, and ultimately told I needed to visit a physical store to verify my identity before they could close the account.

When I arrived at the store, I explained everything to Angelica. She immediately pulled up both of my accounts and verified my identity without issue. Since retail stores can’t directly cancel accounts, I had to call customer care from the store. After about 15 minutes on the phone, the representative confirmed my identity — but then said the store rep would need to call on my behalf and that I was no longer needed on the line.

This is where Angelica truly stepped up. She made the call herself and spent well over an hour working through the issue with customer care. As an Assistant Manager, she still had to deal with being transferred, placed on hold, and routed to a specialist — essentially experiencing the same runaround I had been dealing with for months. Despite that, she remained calm, professional, and persistent the entire time. She could have easily brushed it off or asked me to come back, but instead she stayed committed to getting it resolved.

After three months of frustration, Angelica was the first person who genuinely took ownership of the situation and showed real determination to help. While my experience with T-Mobile customer care has been extremely disappointing, my experience at this store — specifically with Angelica — was outstanding. She represents what true customer service should look like.”
