“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.
I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

“I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.”

“I can't give enough stars for manager Jesus. My wife and I are seniors and are not proficient in modern technology but Jesus explained everything wrote info down for us and helped us get a replacement phone when my wife had hers stolen. It came to our home in 3 days. I immediately decided to switch from my phone provider to be part of my wife's plan. Saving me over $1000 per year. Jesus gets manager of the year and is a future regional manager. A kind young family man and a blessing to 70 year-old guys like me.”

“This store has handicapped parking available. Unfortunately though there's usually A LOT of homeless or druggies hanging around right outside the door trying to get you to buy them things or give them money, also the store is not very good at keeping things clean or food fresh. The staff here is great though, they are always very quick and make small talk.”

We have been T-Mobile customers for over 20 years, and after an unbelievably frustrating experience with customer service over the phone, we were honestly ready to walk away. The person we spoke with was argumentative, rude, and made an already frustrating situation even worse.
La’Joel and Diego completely changed that experience for us. They listened, took the time to understand what had happened, and treated us with respect. Most importantly, they actually worked with us to find a solution instead of making us feel like we were the problem.
Because of the way they handled the situation, T-Mobile retained two longtime customers of 20+ years. That says a lot about the difference good leadership and great customer service can make.

“Everyone in the store were professional and extremely eager to help with all questions . Unfortunately the refrigerator we purchased would not finically fit through the door openings of our house . The 2 delivery guys went out of their way and did everything they could and exhausted all options including removing the doors and were very polite and apologetic for the situation even though it was my fault for not verifying ahead of time .”
