“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.
I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

But the service and employees are great and got me my online Xbox series X order to me quickly and at the right time while following FBI orders about when the right time would be to arrange for pickup. I also ordered once or twice on DoorDash and always got the products I wanted in a timely manner! Thank you Best Buy Tacoma”

“Everyone in the store were professional and extremely eager to help with all questions . Unfortunately the refrigerator we purchased would not finically fit through the door openings of our house . The 2 delivery guys went out of their way and did everything they could and exhausted all options including removing the doors and were very polite and apologetic for the situation even though it was my fault for not verifying ahead of time .”

I’ve been inside this location and seen first hand what they deal with when it comes to difficult customers. And they handled it so well and professionally. Those are usually the ones to leave the poor review. But i don’t think it reflects on them accurately so i felt the need to express that. Thank you to Lex the store manager and all her employees that she’s done so well training.”
