“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work. I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly. Thank you team for getting this resolved for me!”

“I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.”

Jesus gets manager of the year and is a future regional manager. A kind young family man and a blessing to 70 year-old guys like me.”

Unfortunately though there's usually A LOT of homeless or druggies hanging around right outside the door trying to get you to buy them things or give them money, also the store is not very good at keeping things clean or food fresh. The staff here is great though, they are always very quick and make small talk.”
