“Giving them a 5 star! I’m a new customer to this Safeway. I brought my insurance cards in when we first moved to Yelm to have them on file so when I needed to get a prescription they would have everything they needed. I called the night before my prescription pickup to make sure all was in order. They checked the shelf to make sure they had my medication, ran it through my insurance and gave me the price. I picked up the next day and was out of the store within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Awesome experience!”

“My Dr sent a compound Rx here. There were some issues with the rx. But the pharmacist went out of her way and even called my doctor's clinic on her day of to get answers. Then called me personally to go over a few things about the prescription since she wasn't going to be at work the next few days and knew she wouldn't see me when I picked it up.
That level of customer service just isn't seen anymore. I'm totally impressed by them.”
