“I've been going to Tim's Pharmacy for 5 or 6 years for my prescription needs, vaccinations and other OTC products. They have always been friendly and helpful. I'd much rather go there instead of the national chain pharmacy down the street. I also like that I can grab a latte, mocha, scoop of ice cream or some other tasty snack at the Holy Grounds coffee shop inside Tim's. And not to forget the candy counter with all kinds of chocolaty treats! I don't know of anywhere else in Yelm that has a selection of chocolates like they have at Tim's Pharmacy. I always enjoy my visits to Tim's Pharmacy!”

“I went thru the drive-thru today to pick up a prescription. I sent my debit card through and they used it to pay for the medication. I ended up having to ask them about the prescription as they usually change something to where it comes out a cheaper price. The male pharmacist, which is always cranky, was not happy that he had to refund me and redo the prescription. A lady come on and asked me "do you know that your debit card is broken"? I told her it was not when I sent it through. Mind you, I have gone through the drive-thru for years now and this has never happened! So now, I'm stuck with my card broken in half just 4 days before Christmas AND I have to pay for another card and wait 7-10 days for a replacement!UPDATE: I spoke to the Manager and she apologized to me and gave me a gift card. She was understanding and was very nice about it all. I originally gave it 1 star but am upgrading to 4 stars. The staff, except one, is always very nice to deal with. Thank you for making it right!”

“So…Austin posted a deal on FB. I ran down to get some. Talked with a really nice lady at the seafood deli that informed me it was a digit coupon and I needed to scan the bar code. Very helpful. This is where is turned into a hot mess. Couldn’t get it to work right with right price. Went to checkout and told Lexi what I was trying to do and she looked at my phone app and made a few clicks ….oh your on the wrong store ?‍♂️. There you go ….she not only found the right coupon but clicked a few more for a couple items I had. Saved me more money….she was super nice and patient with my dis function ?. So…..3 employees involved and all were extremely helpful ?”

“I am having a bad experience with Rite Aid as it varies in policy far too frequently. As for this location I give it an A. Kindness and accuracy, new old fashioned hospitality.”
