“David is the person who you need to speak to there! He fixed everything I needed, and was also very helpful AND knowledgeable. I had multiple device issues. David handled all of it flawlessly, and made it less stressful for me. I was able to get everything I needed. Plus, a deal on fiber optic installation as soon as the very next day. I purchased accessories and screen protectors that he gladly and proficiently installed. Very happy with the results of his service and my experience at the Barboursville location. Thank you!!”
“Att's Aaliyah looked up several things for me. I paid my bill, re-enrolled in auto pay , changed my plan, & was given the cost of a new plan to port in four new lines, and to add internet at a possible address I may soon move to.
...AND she worked very well with my scatterbrained ADHD. :-)”

“It was my granddaughter’s birthday & a new phone is what she wanted. I have been a Verizon customer for almost 12 years. A young man by the name of Josh Justice was our service person. He was very helpful, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing. This was on June 13th, 2026. He did everything for us & made it so easy to upgrade her phone. He even helped me with a few small issues I had been having with my phone. He was working alone that night. Very well spoken & intelligent. This young man deserves a raise or a bonus or something. Seriously, he did an awesome job with absolutely everything. Thanks again Josh!”
