“I had such a wonderful experience at Renee’s Birkenstock in Barboursville. Amy was the associate that assisted my daughter and I in finding her shoes that fit. She went above and beyond to help us. She stayed past closing time, added extra holes to my daughters sandals, and was extremely patient giving us different colors and styles to try on. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs Birkenstocks. Amy was very knowledgeable and kind and we left with a pair of Birkenstocks in hand. We will definitely return!”
“OMG. So I go in here looking for these shoes my husband wants. Why he needs basketball shoes when the only dunking he does involves cookies and donuts or nuggets, I'll never know. But anyhow... I'm in here with our son and my husband. I get too close to the shoes on the display shelves, and my Blanche Devereaux purse (or big butt who knows) knocks like 10 shoes off the shelf. Which was embarrassing. But the wonderful young man working was so nice about it. He was so polite and even offered to pick all the shoes up, telling me not to worry about it. Of course no decent grown adult goes around making messes for others to clean up, so I picked everything up and kept apologizing. He just kept reassuring me it was all okay and no big deal. He even thanked me for cleaning up my mess. He thanked me. He was so polite and kind. He was patient and friendly. This guy was a rock star and deserves a raise.”

“I visited two different malls in 2 different states yesterday & both had Journeys locations. One of my brothers works for a shoe company that has gotten quite big quite fast of late & he helped this store's locations across the country plan & put together their display. It was nice to see his work manifest up close.They're a fun store with a wide range of casual shoes & accessories. I wasn't in the market for anything yesterday, but I did see a couple of designs I liked.”
“Good place to find pre-owned clothing and items. Prices are usually fair and on the mark. The staff is not overly friendly, but I don't go there to engage with staff. I go there to find good clothing deals. (For guys, the selection is okay but much smaller than the women's selection. But, that is to be expected.”
