“My brand new vehicle broke down while we were traveling from Ohio to South Carolina right by Beckley, WV. Got my AAA, and Jared arrived so quickly from Glen’s Towing. Bring it was a Sunday, dealership was closed and closest car rental was an hour away. Jared went above and beyond by taking us to the airport/rental car place and then dropped my vehicle off at the dealership. He could’ve just done his route that was scheduled for my vehicle, but didn’t want to see us abandoned on the side of the freeway. He was a pleasure to talk to on the ride and so very respectful. “They had the exact model of Kawasaki Teryx I wanted in stock at their other store and everyone worked above and beyond to get it to me before the close of business and they absolutely did so. Tyler was my salesman and we came to a fair deal that everyone was happy with easily and without any type of pressure. They know what they’re doing and know my vehicle very well and are a very understanding business whenever it comes to financial situations. If there was more stars to give I’d give it 10. Also, I would expect for the prices to be more than what I’ve had to pay so with that being said, I think these guys are underpaid.”
“I asked to mount and balance four tires I purchased elsewhere and to align the 2004 half ton pickup they put the tires on. After bout an hr and change I am told the alignment can't be done due to bas bearing they said was passenger side, later found out it was actually drivers side. So they say they can't do the alignment till the hub bearing is replaced which I understand. This is where it gets fun because to mount and balance four tires and determine a the aforementioned info they charge me approx $150, was actually a little more. Not a big problem because they did it fairly quickly with minimal hassle. When I go to get in the truck I see the two tires on the drivers side are backward(V tread sno tires Def directional), so I check the other side which are correct. They apologize a lot, but again no biggie cause they are doing it when I needed it done albeit at inflated rate. So they take two tires and rebalanced and remount them in the proper direction and 20 min later I'm cruising down the highway again. I think the price was too much for what they actually did, mount and balance four tires. Also if I hadn't noticed I would have ended up more than likely destroying two brand new sno tires. Summary, good mechanics that ate overworked and probably underpaid all while the company charges way more than reasonable. However I would go back because they were very polite and at the end of the day got things correct.”

“Phenomenal repair shop. Great prices and best of all they are honest people. That’s hard to find now a days. After taking my truck to a dealership they wanted an exorbitant amount to change two tire rod bushings. Davis auto pricing was fair and down to earth. Turns out the nuts just needed tightened on the tire rods. They could have charged me to swap the parts but they chose to be outstanding gentlemen and tell me I only owed them for tightening the nuts. I am a customer for life. My family will be customers for life.”

“Excellent Service! I was heading out of town the morning I hit one of the famous WV potholes that blew my tire and lit up the brake system warning on my car. I was frazzled and called my brother (who has many contacts in the auto industry … just not in WV) for advice. He called ahead to explain my dilemma and told me to ask for Daniel H.
I walked in the door and was made to feel like a VIP. The tire was quickly fixed, the brakes checked (the light was due to having the little emergency tire on the car) and Daniel cleared the warning lights - and I was quickly on my way.
The fees were very reasonable as well.

“My husband and I were driving to Ohio from Yorktown, VA when we experienced car trouble near Beckley, WV on I-64 W. We contacted AAA, and they sent Glen's Towing to take my SUV to L & S Toyota for service. They did a quick evaluation and discovered the radiator had a hole in it. Oakley, the service advisor, said they would have a new radiator sent from another business and get it replaced. We were waiting in their comfortable waiting room when we were advised that the wrong radiator was sent. Since they couldn't get another radiator sent over before they closed, we had to decide if we would stay the night somewhere (no!) or try to get a rental car and continue our trip to Ohio. My husband called Enterprise Car Rental, and they gave him the confirmation number and took our credit card info to reserve it. Since we had no way to get there before they closed at 5 pm and it was pouring rain, the service manager, Kevin Trzicak, drove him to Enterprise, got there before 5 pm, but they were closed. Not happy. Kevin then called Oakley, and he arranged for another car rental, Hertz, to wait until Kevin drove my husband there to pick up a rental (very happy). Kevin even helped us unload our SUV and load up the rental, and we were soon on our way. We picked up our SUV on the way home and returned the rental. Kevin and Oakley saved our vacation. They were so professional, caring, helpful, and concerned about us and the repair of my SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff for their repair work.”
