They roll out cash reserve and then don’t even know how to do basic math or let alone know how the program actually works, cost me 3 hours away from work for absolutely nothing, still no answer and still no phone call back.
Time to change banks, this bank charges me twice for items it already charged me for, my account got overdrafted because they made a mistake refunded me but I paid the overdraft fee I would go with another bank.
Truist has the WORST banking web site ever. There is no way to see what checks are outstanding aka "pending". The bank's balance may be $326.43 different than yours, but you can't see what checks have not been cashed.Plus, there is NO WAY to email them a question. They did away with that. I'm moving to Citi
