I was traveling from Ohio to Florida and forgot an important prescription that I needed as prep for an upcoming surgery. The pharmacist was understanding as was the assistant. Saved the day and the vacation. Southern hospitality at its finest!!!

I have a cvs card, lost it, but always use phone number; but after all these years it never has come up any extra bucks. It's been so long now, maybe I'm not remembering how it works. I just know I have never been informed I had extra bucks. But I do like CVS, nice people.
