“Stopped here for gas on my way from Endless River Trail to Grandview Visitor Center in New River Gorge National Park on a Sunday afternoon. Very convenient location, right along the route. Able to fill up without any hassle. They have a clean restroom inside the store. Was also looking for some quick hot food but they didn't have any. Gas prices in my pictures are as of mid October 2025.”
“This location is alway busy. The staff is nice and for the amount of people coming through the bathrooms are kept up well. The only reason for not giving five stars is simply they let the homeless hang around and try to bump money and cigs from customers. Not cool”

“I absolutely love this Sheetz store. Very nice staff, store is always kept nice and clean, and they have everything you'll need from soda/snacks to hand crafted milkshakes/togo food, cigarettes/cigars/alcohol, lottery tickets/Powerball ect. They tend to run low or even out a lot on certain items such as the Togo strawberry or mixed berry parfaits but other then that their all around a wonderful store imo!!!”
“They have 2 gentlemen that usually work the drive thru. I have never had any issues or problems since they’ve been there. They went from a 2 star rating to a 4 star. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because it’s best to call and make sure your prescriptions are actually ready even if the app says they are.”
“The tall guy behind the counter wouldn’t sell a vape to my two year old! Absolutely outraged!!!!! In this economy I can’t afford to buy real fruit. Now I can’t even feed my child fruit flavored air??!!! It’s sickening. I think the guys name was Duarte. He wouldn’t give me the bathroom key either!!! Literally all I wanted was to get high and now I have to do it in my car in front of my kid.”

“The store staff and pharmacy staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy does a great job at trying to fill that day if you've ran out of a medication and had to call it in. The store staff are always asking if I need help, and go the extra mile to help scan things I have questions about price wise on clearance items. I'm also greated with a hello and have a good day when I enter and leave. Grade A staff all around.”
