About Friendship Hyundai of Beckley

Friendship Hyundai of Beckley offers a diverse selection of Hyundai vehicles, including popular models like the Elantra, Kona SUV, Palisade, Santa Fe, and Tucson. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable sales team, who assist in finding the right car without pressure. Many reviews highlight the dealership's commitment to providing a great car-buying experience, with several customers noting timely service and efficient processes, allowing them to complete purchases in a short time. The Friendship Advantage Price Guarantee ensures competitive pricing for customers in West Virginia and surrounding areas. However, not all experiences have been positive. A serious complaint details allegations of dishonesty and deceptive practices, including undisclosed fees and inflated interest rates on loans. This negative experience contrasts sharply with the generally favorable reviews, leading to a mixed reputation for the dealership. Overall, while many customers recommend Friendship Hyundai for its selection and supportive staff, potential buyers are advised to approach with caution and conduct thorough research before finalizing any deals, considering both the positive and negative feedback.
