“I am not from Elkins, nor am I from WV at all. I was doing a 600 mile off-road camping trip all throughout the various state parks from northern WV, through VA, to southern WV and then looping back north. My Xterra started missing heavily and running horribly while I was in the beaver creek park area. I turned around and nursed it into Elkins and the first shop I saw was a little hole-in-the-wall place called "See's Automotive" and I immediately u-turned and went in. I gave Tommy the situation and he said he could take a look if I didn't mind waiting for his current customer to finish up. Ended up being a cylinder 1 misfire, needed a coil and plug. Swapped out all of them on bank 1 and I was back on my way and at a very reasonable price. They knew I was at their mercy being from out of town with an undrivable car but they were honest, and friendly and even took care of my GSD and Malinois I had in the back. I would recommend these guys to anyone local, and if you happen to need something while passing through these guys will treat yolu proper. Thanks guys!”
“Best place in Elkins WV to get brand new tires at a bargain price. Also they are the go-to for a quick check up when you are unsure of what is going on with your vehicle without a high charge (sometimes no charge at all). They have come to my vehicle on the highway when I was overheating at no charge and once have done fix a flat when my tires deflated. They did a drop off/pick up locally while my vehicle was being worked on. They also do great honest inspections and fast oil changes on a walk-in. They always have great local references to give of other shops too if they cannot fix an issue themselves. Great people to work with. Thank you.”
“These guys have saved my ass twice now. First time when the tire pump at sheetz malfunctioned and I had a flat. Today, I noticed that my tire was low again after just filling it up last night. Called them and they said they'd be in till noon. Got there about 10 till, and they got right to work. Found a screw in my tire and had it fixed in just a few minutes. Great guys!”

“I got a flat tire in Parsons ans still had 2.5 hours to drive. The gentleman who helped me there recommended this place to get my tired fixed. I showed up 10 min before they Closed and Clayton saved the day! They were unable to patch the tire but had 1 in stock. He not only put the wheel in the new tire but also replaced the spare with it. He was courteous and helpful and had me on my way in no time.”
