“We called at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning - I kid you not, they were at our home by 9:15 a.m. The business is family owned and I was blessed enough to be a classmate of one of the operating family members. The men that came to our home were honest, respectful, helpful, efficient, and so kind! I have a pitbull puppy, and they let her stay out and play without a single complaint. The entire process was done in a matter of two days. Completely removed the old unit and had it completely reinstalled seamlessly with little to no hassle at all. Made sure we had all the information we needed and gave us a chance to increase our warranty for free. The price was fantastic & the gentleman were even kind enough to get a discount for us ( my mom is 80 and I’m her caretaker - it’s just us two women at the house). All I can say is, you won’t find anyone better in the valley. I’m a very satisfied and now a loyal customer. Any jobs that need serviced in this home will be going to Pappy’s!
