“What do we all look for in a mechanic repair shop? Right! It's here at European Car Service. Steve and his Team, Dan, and William, plus his lovely wife Paula on the service desk, are honest, transparent, and knowledgeable service techs for your car. They do specialize in foreign cars such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and even Saab, but will perform excellent repairs and maintenance on your family cars, also. I brought my Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic to them because the left front air suspension collapsed after I had the right side done at the dealership. Not only was the work performed correctly, the car was clean after picking it up, unlike the Mercedes dealership that the mechanic left grease on my sun visor and headliner!
I really cannot say enought about the many attributes and pluses as to why this is the best repair shop to bring your car for repairs. I highly recommend them, and I've been a car guy my entire life. This is numerous uno on my list!”

“Went in for state inspection and they called to inform me my oil was low and dark colored. They did the oil change at a decent price. Best of all they informed me that my make/model was prone to burning oil fast and advised me to check it regularly. No other mechanic has informed me of this and for that I'm greatful. Highly recommend”
“I had car trouble 1/2 way on a return trip from Ohio to North Carolina. I pulled into WV Auto around 3PM and they did their best to get the parts and have the car fixed so I could get on the road again, and a auto tech was planning to stay late to do the work. Unfortunately, at no fault of the shop, the part availability did not work so I had to spend the night. The staff was courteous and helpful on lodging and food recommendations and kept me informed on the parts and repairs the next morning. By 1:30 the next day, I was on my way, and completed the 4 hour drive home without issue. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend this shop.”

“Do you own a High-Line car such as a Mercedes- Benz, Audi, Porsche, BMW, or Volvo? Here is the safe alternative to taking your car to a dealer where you can find Pat, or Michael, and they have worked for many years at the dealers. Dan works the service intake desk and is super friendly and knowledgeable. Pat and Michael are highly trained with many years of experience and can repair or maintain your car. You'll find them efficient and ready to help you take care of your car, making sure that it's given back not only repaired, but not a mess. I happen to be very meticulous about preserving the cleanliness of my car. I brought my S-Class in for a new mini dash battery and system reset. In a few hours the car was ready. While there, a fellow picked up his Porsche suv after a complete service maintainence performed. A lady brought in her Mercedes suv for a wiper change, too.
Bottom line is that you have a very qualified alternative to going to a dealer for your maintenence or repairs, at a Reasonable price, with the job being done right. I will continue to use them as my go-to shop. I highly recommend this friendly, fine High-Line car repair shop. They know what kind of quality lubricants and parts to use in your car. BTW: EZ access as it's right on MacCorkle near the new BP just off Routes 119 and 64.”

“I'm from out of town, and was on the way home from vacation, when my vehicle broke down on the freeway. I was towed to Moses Cadillac Buick GMC there in Charleston. Jackie and his technicians worked on my vehicle's unique issue. It was electrical and ended up being the ECM, which was on back order. Which meant it could be 2 days to a couple months. But, we found a part and it was shipped overnight. It was successfully programmed and installed and got me up and running.
While all this took about 2 weeks, as I mentioned I live about 160 miles away, Jackie kept me inform of the current situations and the progress the whole time. it was a real pleasure working with Jackie and his guys there at Moses. And as a bonus, Jackie was on duty that Saturday went we picked up our vehicle, it was nice to shake his hand.”

We called several places who were unwilling to help and one that thought they could but ended up referring us to Garrett’s. Garrett’s went above and beyond - making us a priority knowing we were out of town, going around town to get needed parts, and even repairing existing parts when new parts weren’t available. The owner and his wife were extremely kind and knowledgeable and even helped our children remain comfortable throughout the day with cartoons in the waiting room.”
