“Link is full of honest folks who do great work in a timely and efficient manner. About a year ago I had some work done. There ended up being an issue in their end (it happens), but they quickly replaced the faulty part at no additional cost to me.
Last week I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning unannounced with no appointment. They were still able to diagnose the issue, provide a quote and complete all the work by Tuesday afternoon!”

“I have never said this about any mechanic: Trust these guys. Ten stars.This place was my only option in a pinch because the situation I was in made it the only place within walking distance for me to leave my vehicle while caring for my two small children. I had no choice and no information, I have been screwed by so many mechanics that I was honestly pessimistic and dreading the outcome. I was a walk in on a busy day having literally just seen their shop by chance. I didn't bother giving them a sob story because that usually just makes mechanics screw you over even worse I just hoped for the best. They took care of me within 2 hours, they charged me what I know to be the bare minimum, almost what I expected to pay if I had the time and tools with me myself. They diagnosed a long standing problem with my vehicle and told me about it up front without acting like they should be the ones to repair it, and told me exactly what part I needed to replace being as it was one I could replace myself. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for this place, I am actually kinda pissed at myself that it took this long for me to remember to write the review here. Sorry guys. I'll be back in soon. Thanks again.”

They was planning to come to SC in a few days to visit us. Due to the call they had to leave in a hurry. She found out she had a screw in a tire and had to get it repaired( she was also hauling the 5th wheel back here). She went to Jesse's shop and she left feeling shocked and grateful. “These folks were absolutely amazing. Me and my friend unexpectedly broke down on the interstate on a roadtrip and weren’t familiar with the area at all. They got recommended to us from another shop we called, got us in right away, told us about a hotel to stay at, gave us the number to a close towing company and diagnosed the car first thing the next morning. Didn’t take them long to figure out the problem either. Very friendly, welcoming and great at what they do. Highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle needs, can’t thank them enough”

“12/10 if I break down in West Virginia again I will be calling these outstanding people. I cant rave about their care and assistance enough. I was towing from South Carolina to Ohio and threw a water pump near Charleston. They assisted with towing my trailer and truck to where they needed to be, stored my trailer and load while the truck was repaired, and even stayed late to assist me in getting it back and heading out on the road again. If there was 6 stars, I would be still be wanting for more stars.”

“I've worked in 4 major dealerships and several other shops in this Valley over the last 10 years and I can say with all my experience that I trust JP Auto with my repairs every time over any of them. I drive a 1999 Toyota 4Runner and while it is in decent shape, it is old and has needed several repairs lately to replace old parts. You won't beat his prices anywhere and the quality of work is unmatched, and as professional as it gets. I trust them. I'll keep bringing that old truck to him until the wheels fall off but, he won't let that happen lol.”

“I'm from out of town, and was on the way home from vacation, when my vehicle broke down on the freeway. I was towed to Moses Cadillac Buick GMC there in Charleston. Jackie and his technicians worked on my vehicle's unique issue. It was electrical and ended up being the ECM, which was on back order. Which meant it could be 2 days to a couple months. But, we found a part and it was shipped overnight. It was successfully programmed and installed and got me up and running.
While all this took about 2 weeks, as I mentioned I live about 160 miles away, Jackie kept me inform of the current situations and the progress the whole time. it was a real pleasure working with Jackie and his guys there at Moses. And as a bonus, Jackie was on duty that Saturday went we picked up our vehicle, it was nice to shake his hand.”

“Amber W., Charleston WV Owner of a new GMC Yukon with repair damage from someone backing into me in a grocery parking lot. I would give a rating of 4.8 out of a 5. 1. Their service is top notch. From the minute I walked in- they were quick to address my needs. They handled the pictures, the estimate, and everything in between for the insurance claim. They answered all of my questions with confidence and even brought the lead body person out to talk to my husband and I to explain exactly how they would fix the damages. Brandon, Blaine and Rocky were 5 star. 2. They stood to their quoted completion day. They did call me 2 days early to pick up but then quickly realized it wasn't ready and let me know right away. Moses goes above and beyond to communicate during the whole service experience. From drop off to pick up- you are notified every single step of the way. Nicely done Moses! 3. The repair work itself was beautiful and as they stated it would be. I have one tiny spec in the paint that you can feel with your hand. (I am a very picky person when it comes to my car). The spec is super super small and probably something that most wouldn't notice. 4. I am rating 4.8 out of 5 because the car was supposed to be detailed inside and out after completion, but it wasn't. They did agree to let me bring the car back for a full detail service at my convenience, but it was promised prior and i expected it to be showroom clean when I picked it up. With the vehicle dirty, it also made it more difficult to look the car over during final inspection. Blaine did take the time to clean up specific areas during inspection but again, it should have been completed before I ever got there for pick up. I would choose Moses Cadillac of Charleston Service in the future, and I would recommend their service dept to others.”

We were taken care by them and the company next to them. A regular named Seth came by to keep us company. It was a great experience during a stressful time. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
