This bank sucks. The employees that work at this location must have lack of communication with each other. And they make rules up as they go. I definitely wouldn’t trust them with my money. They’ll let you have your money one day and then the next they won’t it makes no sense.

I ordered a new card and the women never closed out my old card. Now all of my money is stolen & they’re saying it might not be able to be refunded. Don’t waste your time with this bank go to poca valley or chase
