“I'm updating my review. We bought some apple cider. It is like eating a fresh picked apple. I'm totally impressed I have never had apple cider that tasted so wonderful! The produce is fantastic. They are super kind people. They have peaches, apples , tomatoes, peppers and more. They grow it themselves with pride. Everything is fresh and well stocked. Very clean and lot's of parking.”
“I'm not a huge burger fan but this burger surprised me. I typically don't like mayonnaise but it paired well with my burger. My husband got the special sandwich and while we couldn't remember what was in it, he devoured it! I didn't quite finish my burger but I wasn't super hungry. But don't worry, my husband was sure it didn't go to waste! I also loved the environment of the little shop. We got some chips and sodas that helped create a meal. The French onion chips were exceptional! The staff were friendly and smiling throughout our entire experience.”
“Gore Grocery is its name, General Store is its game. They carry food, gas, mail and guns - how perfect is that? The cherry on top - about the nicest people you will ever meet. The actually take the time to talk with you. Headed west, time out, stop, get some gas and relax for a minute.”

“I love this place. Every time I go by there on my way to Virginia I stop. The gas prices are phenomenal and the staff and the local people are very nice and helpful. I always feel safe when I go there alone. So if you ever go by there don't forget to stop. You won't regret it”

“Fantastic little place. Food was great. As a Minnesota visitor on 04/10/24. Those girls are a "hoot". Our good friend Rick Petersen has a cabin near. So happy the first place we stopped was closed. Somebody needs to make sure those girls are paid very well. Employees can make or break your business!!!!! Or get recruited and you will be the loser. I would love to give 10 stars if I could. Kudos ?”
