“This bank definitely is not the nicest bank or has the easiest parking, but I am giving this bank five stars because of the staff named Kevin. About a year ago, Kevin helped me with processing my final car loan payment, it was a decent experience and today I was at the bank again and he helped me with setting up a new account because there was fraudulent activity on my old account. He worked with me patiently and walked me step by step on what to do next. After each step, he would always ask if I have any questions. As a vulnerable customer, he made sure everything is ok and told me what preventive measure can be taken to avoid future fraud.”
